WOW for sure! Your friend in S. Korea is so GENEROUS and loving. I knew you'd pick a spicy ramyun for lunch! In the States, I think we call this "ramen" (with curly noodles and broth). Of course, we don't have the variety seen in Asia, mostly chicken is what I've seen in grocery stores. I'm so curious to try laver. All the Asian channels that I subscribe to - every hostess LOVES laver. I don't know that I've ever seen laver here. Maybe if I go to an Asian grocery store. What a thoughtful box from a dear friend to someone a bit homesick for the comfort foods of home!
