I wasn't sure if I could pull off a "No-talking" version of this video but here it is. An hour long! I'm letting it all hang out, so to speak. Wrinkles, jowls & gray hairs! I am a great grandmother, after all. Can't stay young forever. But in my spirit I am eternally young and my heart loves it all. Hang with grandma as she works at the jewelry second hand shop. These sounds are so soothing. Better yet, set the device down and just listen. ;-)

this is gonna sound crazy, but... I'm acting in a play at my school, and although everyone is Australian, I haven't asked my teacher yet if we should speak with American accents since the play is set in the US. so, maybe, if we have to take American accents for the play, then I'll use your videos to help me mimic an accent lmao

I think that's a fantastic idea! my American accent is very straight and proper. For the most part. Lol. The other people that would be good to emulate are the newscasters in American news. They practice having no accent. Once when I was in the south, I met a man who said he had been born and raised in Tennessee. I asked him how come he had no southern accent. He said he practiced listening to newscasters. That way he lost his southern accent.
