i rec'd some gift cards (already) from a couple of Christmas gatherings we've already had and this is perfect to put my gift cards in and place in my purse. If it wears out...I'll make another one! Thanks to you!!

This is so, so cute! Love the papers esp. and the way you've embellished it. I no longer enjoy cooking so I make it easy. Sundays are Chinese carry in; Friday is always Fast Food Friday. I buy a pizza and in the summer add a salad for the side, in cold weather it's a hot veggie like steamed broccoli; I get a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and we have a main dish salad topped with some chicken for protein in warm weather. When we have tomatoes and cucumbers in the garden it's a traditional salad; in the fall/winter I add dried cranberries, walnuts and an apple cider vinaigrette. Or instead of a main dish salad I'll add a baked sweet potato and green beans............... Usually there is leftover chicken and I'll use it to make chicken salad or a chicken casserole, or chicken veggie soup, or chicken tacos. Good quality fish sticks are great for fish tacos. B/c our children are grown, we have leftovers and we repeat the same meal the next night (not all men eat left-overs, mine does) so I 'cook' once and we eat twice................... I also love to get good quality frozen chicken nuggets and I dupe the Zaxby's friend chicken salad (fried chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, grated cheese, canned french fried onion rings and Honey Mustard salad dressing).,,,,,,,,,,,, The key to keeping it simple is to think 'protein, carbs and fat' when you meal plan, and divide the carbs into strachy carbs and low carb/non-starcy carbs..I choose a protein, one or two servings at most of starchy carbs, and filler is the non starchy low carb veggies. I do more assembling than cooking and I don't spend a lot of money on food. Cooking once and eating twice is a great time saver, even if you have to freeze the second meal and serve it later.

Thank you so much! Oh you’re so smart to take short cuts for dinner. I have major guilt and regret when I don’t cook 🙈I def grab take out once a week but love your short cut ideas! Oh I love walnuts and cranberries in my salad! I had cashews in mine today oddly lol

"I haven't has breakfast yet!" 😂 For the record, I love to cook but there are times when a bowl of cereal is as good as it will get!!!! This is perfect for the holidays. Do you like that glue? 🤣🙈 omg Nancy I swear to you it is the best glue I have ever tried for crafting. They sent me an influencer kit a while back but I will never purchase anything else again!

I loved this technique. I just did it watching the tutorial 😅😊 I will post on IG 🤩🧚🏻‍♀️

I should have mentioned that I extended the cover by around 3 inches and scored to make a flap to fold over and velcro close so the cards don't fall out.
