In ancient warfare, there was one torch bearer for every twenty to thirty troops. So when the Midianites saw 300 torches, they figured the whole place was seething with countless thousands of invaders.
A Gideon anointing was spoken to my 11 year old son not too long ago. It was said that he would do much with very little. Just starting to listen and looking forward to it.
"My anointing is all you need" that was intense

You missed it with the men who were chosen, the scripture says God chose “those who lapped like dogs!” Which changes your ‘wisdom/protector mindset statements

You are incorrect. Judges 7:6 clearly states the 300 lapped the water brought to their mouth by their hand, the others were on their knees face down in the water. By bringing the water by hand to their mouth the 300 were able to remain alert....so indeed his "wisdom/protector mindset statements" are correct.
You just confused those that are seeking god !!! Don’t be cute
