Such a well balanced, light and all round capable e-mtb. I have the entry spec in copper which i got on sale 2023 model. Panasonic battery was a big selling point with that smooth yamaha engine 😎

I wish they did size specific chainstays,I like this bike but will wait until the norco fluid vlt comes out before I make a decision

I like how they finally tucked the rear tire in. My Trance X is incredible, but it is really difficult to lift the front tire. I hope these new frame adjustments fix that

I had the 1st generation 2019 Trance E+. Even with a 27.5" wheel in the rear it had a mega-long 470mm chainstay. Paired with the size Small's short reach, it felt sooo front heavy. Still had a great time on it though. But now I got the Trance Elite. Amaaazing. The old one feels like it's from the stone age in comparison.

I’m deciding between the Giant and the Fuel exe. I know they are different but I’m selecting between the E+1 and the 9.8. Any advice?

It really boils down to respect in the end. The bike being reviewed here is a Class 1 Electric Mountain Bike, very different from an Electric Motorcycle. Some people don’t like e-mtbs, that’s fine, and respectfully again, why spend time looking and commenting about this review?

Hello guys. I feel like giant missed the mark with the geometry for this bike. 66 degree head angle very outdated for a Trance X version....

I still can’t believe that people still get their tits in a tangle about emtb’s and call using one “cheating”…. They must be saints that have never, ever used a shuttle to get their arse back up to the trailhead for a ride… emtb’s are just a different (and heaps more fun (remember fun?) way of riding back up to the top - please don’t call it cheating, you’re clearly delusional of how the whole sport works.

@@jeanmarc_in_Hudson Sorry, not a fan of E- Bikes unless there is a medical condition which would require an E-Bike to get you out on a trail riding.
