    I have a reign e+1 and it kinda reminded me of my 2006 v10....you don't go over it, you go through it. And the traction is unbelievable.

    I have the reign e+ 2 and your review is spot on. I ride it on enduro style trails and it loves bigger drops and hits. For 6100 mine came with zeb fork and float x shock. Love the orange color but it wasn't in stock when I bought mine in late June.

    I have had the E+3 for 18 months and love it Im not the most subtle or talented of riders so the steam roller ride is bliss, since getting it I have changed to cranks to 150mm initially for the pedal strikes but ride wise i prefer them so will never go back to longer, i found the brake levers lacking and replaces with SLX levers and it transformed them, most recently I converted it to Coil Rockshox rear and up front a smashpot coil conversion on the Domains the bike is complete IMO absolutely love how it feels.

    Great review. I've been riding an older generation of e+1 (2021). An amazing bike. The improvements should only make it better. The trails you tested the bike look nice! Where is it if you don't mind me asking?

    Ultra plush?? Confident and stable?? U make me want a giant E-bike more and more every video! I never really liked any of the offerings Giant had but ur single-handedly changing my mind. I always thought I would like fast playful bikes, but after getting a Ripley AF, I realized that’s just not my style. It wasn’t the bike that wasn’t playful enough, it’s just my skills. And super plush bulldozing bike suits me much more. Thanks for these videos! Have u guys ever considered making videos about things over than bike reviews? I would pretty much watch anything u guys out out

    Bought my giant e+2 off ur trance review. I like it a lot going down really planted however after 1K miles motor seized. Still in my LBS 4 months now. LBS tried to fix it by changing sensor, wires, etc. giant promised a new motor but still waiting on it. Thank God i still have my bosch powered ebike, i got 5K miles still going strong🤷‍♂️

    i have the e1. it's a fantastic bike. low was ridiculous and i see no case for using it, no matter how you ride. i switched to high, and eventually added full spacers and higher pressure. it makes the bike ride higher, and feel livelier.

    I’m 5’9 and fall between the medium and large. I currently have the Trance x Advance in a large but always found it a bit big. I do trail riding and starting to enjoy bike parks and getting some bigger jumps. Entered a few enduros. What would you recommend size wise.

  • @chrisfontaine6221
    @chrisfontaine62217 ай бұрын

    did you try running the rear shock at closer to 20% in slack mode? might help with pedal strikes... I run my long travel enduros like that when I know it's going to be an XC day, it gives the bike more pop as well

    I'm new to mountain biking and am between this and the trance (both e+ of course). I live in Minnesota and there's some decent trails but nothing crazy around me. Do you think the trance or reign would be a better intro bike? Sounds like the trance is better for climbing and flatter terrain where the reign is better for downhill. I think on paper the trance should be my pick but I worry I'd find bigger hills and jumps and wish I had the reign. I'd also ride it a lot as a commuter and town/paved rider. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Great video and explanation bro I never bought e-bike before even riden any, today I ride Trek ex 8, and I love it, my problem is most of my friends are using E-mtb and I can’t follow up, am stuck between Trek e-bike and giant ones, but my question is this giant has a poor gear on it, but the price fits me well, what do you think of its components? Thank you

    I think components are one of my lowest priorities. Buy the build that fits your budget. The biggest things to look for are geo, suspension design and drivesystem.

    How tall are you with this being a XL? i have my eye on the E+1 model and being 6ft with a 32 inseam unsure on whether id be best on a large or Xlarge with its steep seat angle im unsure on whether a large would be too cramped.
