I must be mistaken but I saw you crunch and eat some of the shells of the lobster. I thought that people do not eat the shell. I find that surprising, but I don't know about eating lobster, prawns and shrimps etc... as I am allergic to it and so is my entire family. However, I am fascinated about different types of cooking, I would love it, if you could do a cooking video of how you out clean and gut prawns, lobster etc.. and cook them.
