@@Usith there is a species of hornets that lay their eggs in the still living bodies of other insects, which devour them from the inside out in the slowest most painful way possible, a creature that breaks every line in our minds that it made its discoverer doubt the existence of a loving god. All hornets decapitate their victims, choosing only the fattest of the lot to take back. Hornets also know how much venom it rakes to subdue their prey, but they overfill them with it anyway to ensure a painful death. They are fucking monsters

No, the hornets had abandoned ship after they lost the moral high ground, and became disorientated, the comb itself was their link to the reality of their turf, one by one as they became detached from that, they were only then distracted and then disoriented by the strange glassy world around them. The only reason the giant stayed on point was when he stayed on the one psychological tether to his world, the paper comb, notice, he would no venture beyond it to pursue them further...

Nice appeal to nature. I guess we shouldn't use pesticides for anything. Let's take it up a notch. Pathogenic bacteria need to live, and our bodies make a good home for them. Sure we'll die in the process of having these bacteria specimens in our body, but hey, they gotta live cuz nature tho. No antibiotics allowed haha.

I feel no sympathy for the hornets, yet seeing them stuck in the adhesive is somewhat saddening in a weird way. You can visibly see them try to bite off the sticky bits, the music plays... it's a battlefield torn asunder, littered with corpses from both sides. The next day you see a handful still struggling, albeit pathetically. The last lone hornet in a futile attempt to chip away the wood will probably end up the same way.

Make a remote-controlled shop vacuum with a long robotic arm to position the nozzle to suck up those hornets at the entrance to the hive. The hose should have a one-way valve to block the hornets from escaping. Once you catch all of those hornets, just vacuum up a mix of water and bleach to kill them inside the waterproof compartment. A low-tech solution is a small portable vacuum with a disposable paper bag. Attach it to a very long pole, with support if needed, and use a longer extension cord. Operate it like a boom microphone for filming a movie. Mount cameras if you want to make a new video, and then dub epic music, such as "v=O5b7tgkdFH0" [Carmina Burana, Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi (O Fortuna / Fortune plango vulnera), by Carl Orff].

Largest oil producer in the world? Um...no, no were are not, not even in the top 3. The only reason we are producing more this year is because Russia agreed to stop production under orders from OPEC so they could increase the price. You have no idea what you are even talking about.

From the article you cited, you illiterate mouthbreather. "Yet this boom in production is also a direct beneficiary of cuts to OPEC and Russian production. Starting in January of last year and due to continue throughout 2018, OPEC and 10 other producers agreed to production cuts to overcome a glut and push up prices." -cited by the idiot who only reads headlines

So... you killed a swarm hornets, lost all bees and destroyed the honey. Waste of everything, even life. You must be so proud of yourself son!
