Hi

When you whisk something the trick is to hold the mixer 100% vertically and when you move it around, move the whole mixer still vertically, so it's always perpendicular to the table. This way no matter how much you have in bowl nothing will fly away and do mess :) I learned it a year ago and it works so great, such a small detail, but helps a lot!

I would chose the giant Oreo. If you want the texture to be like a gummy Sara you just add some cold water wait for the gelatin to bloom which takes about 5-10 minutes. The gelatin should be thicker. Then just heat it up wait for the gelatin to dissolve pour it into a mold/bowl and wait for it to set. The texture should be more gummy like.
