I don’t think it was Picnics that had wafers in the middle. You’re thinking of a Lion Bar. They are basically identical to a Picnic but they have a wafer in the centre.

I just searched it, and there is picnic bars with wafer inside. The red wrapper. I found a video where it's in The Philippines and Australia. Maybe the one he ate was the read wrapper one 🤷‍♀️

Great videos! Just as some viewer feedback though, I don’t think I need you to explain everything your doing because a) this isn’t a recipe I’m going to follow and b) I can see what your doing. I can see you’re lighting a burner, I can see you’re stirring, I can see you’re using a whole bag of sugar I don’t need specific instructions for every little thing your are doing.
