Jakarta Pertamina Enduro mainstay player Giovanna Milana alias Gia, commented on Maradanti Namira alias Rara's performance moments after defeating Gresik Petrokimia in the PLN Mobile Proliga 2024 at GOR Amongrogo, Yogyakarta, Sunday (28/4), Jakarta Pertamina won 3-0 with a score of 25- 18, 25-20, 25-23.
According to Gia, Namira is one of the keys to success in the Gresik Petrokimia team.
"I think we did a good job from the start of the game as a strong team. Everyone worked together," said Gia at a press conference after the match.
"Even middle blocker Rara, whose name is (Maradanti Namira's nickname), did a lot of blocks.
"I think we started this first series with confidence," said the girl from the United States.
As a result of this victory, Jakarta Pertamina sat at the top of the first series. And this is good capital for the second series which will take place in Semarang on 2-5 May 2024.
The Jakarta Pertamina coach feels grateful for his team for being able to maintain its performance amidst conditions that are not ideal.

"In the third set, maybe we were careless. When playing volleyball, you have to improve, the first thing is receiving. Our blocking also failed. Maybe it's my improvement as a coach," added Pedro.
Pedro will use the two defeats in the first series in Yogyakarta as evaluation material. He hopes that his team can gain points in the second series at Jatidiri Sports Hall, Semarang. "In the first match, we evaluated service and reception, but now we are blocked and our serve is not good enough. We will improve it when we play again in Semarang," said Pedro.
For Pedro, two defeats in the first series will not bring down the player's mentality. Even though there are many young faces, Pedro said the players have a tough mentality.
