haven't finished the view yet, but i had the same issue with my guns for the top of the HISS. The issue is that one of the guns is upside-down. you need to spin it around to correct its orientation. Then the bullet drums will sit right. Basically, look at each gun, and make sure the silver painted wire on the gun is on the bottom; not the top.

The five point harness can be secured Real easy if you push the driver's back and hips aginst the seat, the way the instructions show. Pushing the driver's butt all the way down onto the seat will allow you to adjust the straps that go over the shoulders without any problem too. If you are having difficulty doing either, adjust the legs until you can seat the figure properly.

The lighting options are pretty wild

For a second I thought there was a problem with my gullwing canopy, but it was a skill issue.

Thank you. Yeah I’m not big on unboxing unless it’s something new or special like this. It gives others an idea what to look for when they open theirs.

The interior is easily the best modern upgrade of this HISS. An alternate tinted canopy or a fully armored canopy with a view slit for the driver would have been aces.

Been waiting for your review. Mine has the same gull wing issue. Didn't like the gummy mini-guns at first. But they don't droop or snap when moving them. And thanks for the tip on the canopy swap!

Oh first rate review as always. Eye passed on the HISS but will be getting the Dragonfly.

All reviews have missed this and it's not in the instructions. Between the canopy and the turrets, that's an engine cover. Comes right off with some nice detailing.

Yeah that was pointed out to me in another comment and I went and looked, I really wish I would have seen this. I also missed that the missiles telescope out away from the tank.

Good video. I feel this can still be a bare bones, 1 figure, mass release at under $200 bucks. Just a driver and no extra weapons. I'm glad I got one, l love all the stuff it came with. I could use another lol.

My weapons on my Hiss Tank are fine no gummy issues going on over here!!! Hope your hiss tank issues over there work out for you... Indeed!!!

I kinda wish they'd toss the gun racks for more seats. The Hiss 2 and 2005 held 4 figures

I think this tank has allot more in common with the Hiss from 2005? then the original one. What with the chin guns, side missiles and the area in the back for extra figs.

Luckily, I did not get the canopy issue, but it scares me opening it.

I like the red canopy over the clear, but I do think that the clear will show off the figure inside the cockpit better.

Rotate the mini guns on their moint to orient them mirror imaged. Will fix your canister issue.

I dig it a lot. HISS driver was a wee tricky to harness in, but no biggie. Just don't pull up on the bottom part of restraint, as it's epoxied in at bottom. Nice review! It's a sick piece! I'm not sure where to add possible decals, so i haven't used any.

@user-yp4lh5nv9z There's a video of a guy who pulled up too much on the bottom restraint, and it came out of the little spot it was in. It'd be an easy fix, but yea. Just be careful with restraints, and shouldn't be an issue.

You mentioned that the hiss tank wasn't that heavy? I'm thinking to myself? perhaps not to yourself being built like the incredible hulk!!! But to us skinny guys like myself it's kinda hefty!!! 😂

The Gatling gun canisters only go on one way!!! each one is slotted differently for each Gatling gun!!! Patience putting this together along with even more Patience is required for this particular project!!! Indeed...
