A very poignant ghazal penned by Ahmed Nadeem Qasmi sb! The heart rending poetry, sung so soulfully by G.Ali ji, touches the inner core of our 💞 And these pensive lyrics are soul stirring....wo koyi aur na thaa, chand khushq paatte thay... Shajar se toot ke jo, fasl-e-gul pe roye..... Tamaam umr wafaa ke gunaahgaar rahe...ye aur baat ke hum, aadmi toh achchhe thay... Beautiful expression of the pain and sorrow depicted in the lyrics , by Ghulam Ali sb... Sweetness dipped in pathos, such is the charismatic appeal of his voice ! And these last couplets reflect the despondency of the poet.... 'Nadeem', jo bhi mulaaqaat thii...adhuree thi...Ke ek chehre ke peechhe, hazaar chehre thay ! Thanks for uploading this pioneer version of this gazal. This gazal has ruled over my heart for more than 40 years. Gulam Ali khan is at his best in this version.I have listened other versions of this gazal sung by G.Ali khan but this version is the best. I still listen it and takes me in the world of pain and sorrows. For me its a life time gift by Great Ghulam Ali khan. Ghulam Ali khan stay happy and blessed ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Aha Sumanji! Aap ka koi jawab nahi! Is ghazal mein Khan Sahib Ghulam Ali ke gayan ek alag level ka hi sunai de raha hai....ekdam bahta hua nadi ki Tarah. Aur kya kamal ka harmonium Baja rahen hai Khan Sahib ne. Tabla sangat bhi behad sundar hai. Shukriya Sumanji! Aap jaisa sangeetpremi aur samajhdar log abhi tak hai....isi liye duniya aaj bhi besura nahi hua. Sada khush rahiye.
