Someone in one of my games got a KEM Strike with a P226, Scavenger, 2 C4's, and a Riot Shield w/ Radar.

That loss hurt to watch. Seeing all them bad kids camping and then to have the final kill cam be one... Oh the pain you go through to give us these In Depth videos. I have a lot of respect for you. For you to be able to suck up your pride and take a loss to some really bad kids, man, that takes some humbling. As always, thank you for what you do man! Know that it really helps the rest of us out!

Drift0r, when you play, I see you sometimes don't pay attention to the little things that reveal an enemy's position, i.e. the shadow at 4:22, or the "they destroyed your satcom" announcement at 9:36. I know it's easier to see them in a video - but that's why I'm giving you a tip ;) Cheers.

Everyone watching this needs to turn on closed captions. The mistakes are hilarious. According to the CC, the P226 has moderate Greek oil (recoil), and the Crock (Grach) has the least amount of cake (kick).

Your videos are great man. Very factual and informative, but still make me laugh sometimes. Keep up the good work.

Haven't given this pistol a try yet, but i definitely will now! I was loving the m9, but drift0rs favorite pistol, i have to try it out. The tac-45 was my all time favorite, and i also saw drift0r use it alot!

I personally prefer this gun with a silencer because of the rof. For me, the muzzle flash is a bit too much, and the flash hider interferes with the iron sights. Also, it looks and sounds totally badass

Yeah the silencer isn't good with the p226, but I was able to be proficient with the attachment

I run the Sig P226 with my "Solid Snake" class, along with the combat knife and suppressor- although Snake always preferred a Beretta!

I loved running around with the Tac45 in BO2. This gun will be a good fit for me. Cannot wait til Friday when ps4 launches

Before you start any other class of weapon can you do a riot shield in depth (best attachments/class setup and how it covers your body)

On the P226, Akimbo + Muzzle Break is absolutely beast. For a rushing or Dom loadout, I go Combat Knife (Primary), P226 (w/ Akimbo + Muzzle Break), no lethal or tactical (for the extra perks). Perks are Agility, Marathon (or Sleight of Hands), Steady Aim, Scavenger and Extra Attachment.

what about the weapons' draw times? are they all the same? Or is it just that you aren't quite sure because symthic hasn't updated it yet? Could you mention draw time in your next episodes because that's really important to a gun. For instance, the dual wield magnums in BO1 could not be used as sidearms unless you had 1.5 seconds to wait for the person to pull it out, which could not help that much in a gun fight. Thanks dude!

My favorite set up for the P226 is the suppressor and if I can, extended mags.

My pistol of choice, has not let me down yet. Played around with the PDW a little bit too, it's cool!

if possible, before moving on, I think an all-round pistol review could be done explaining what the strengths and weakness of each pistol and in which situations they excel in. atleast among the semi-auto pistols. the 3 really quite similar

I think I've found some kind of easter egg, or maybe it's just random but think about it: The Pistol is called P226 and it kills in 2 2 6 shots. Interesting? Maybe not ,I don't know.

I like seeing the variety of clips. Why just the single game?

This pistol jammed so much on me in the first couple days. I easily topped the fire cap on this pistol. But after that I learned it and love this weapon, I just wish secondary weapons didn't take away perk points.

I see that you have plans on doing the LMGs next, was hoping for the marksman rifles, so I'll go ahead and put in the request, because those weapons literally saved ghosts for me, hated it till I decided to try out the marksman

Using this gun Akimbo as a backup for a sniper class works well for me. Love it.

i don't play ghosts, but I do enjoy weapons breakdowns and analysis. I also own a sig p226 and it is Hands Down the Best most Reliable, most accurate pistol I have ever shot/ owned.

I usually think that I'm John Reese from Person of Interest when I use this pistol in COD

SuperHumblewarrior Its the best thing in Ghosts. It may be a pistol but for POI fans, its the best.

I find it funny that Driftor and Nero both post a video about their opinion on the best pistol (he thinks akimbo magnums are the best) and he recommends his In Depth videos.

I have a fairly good trigger finger and I realised that there is no " trigger jam" if you use these guns akimbo. I can basically fire them rapid fire.

Wow 9 months man I remember when I started playing ghosts again it feels like it was so much longer

I know you expertise in weapons, attachments, and perks but could you review on killstreaks? I enjoy everything else but it would be pretty cool.

Driftor, what is the best handgun to use with the silencer? Does the silencer affect the pistols differently? And would you suppose that its best with the P226 and what would the 2 shot kill range be then?

Silencer works the same on all guns and takes away 15% range I think. He did a video on it.

you should do a video on quickdraw, I really wonder if it does difference in the snipers

I feel bad for the guys that did so awful on Drift0r's team. I can relate cuz I have a harder time playing well in ghosts than any other cod. 4:37 Really deadeye for gambler? I rememeber I first took off equipment and had no lethal decided to put on gambler, you know what I got? Strong arm, tac +1, lethal +1, recon, danger close. I was like "screw this perk"

I have to agree with Drift0r. I tried the other pistols in the game; the Magnum was OK, hated the Grach, not comfortable with the M9A1, and the PDW can eat shit. This is the only pistol I really loved.

hey drift0r, is it correct to say that this gun makes the m9a1 useless in regards to damage statistics and range? after comparing the two through your videos the p226 is faster and has a greater 2 and 3 shot kill range. essentially what im asking is, what does the m9a1 have over the p226? I feel as though its up to the viewer on how to interpret your data but, im having trouble understanding why IW even made the m9a1 if the p226 outclasses it in every way. The only difference i can see is that the m9a1 will never take more than 4 shots to kill, whereas the p226 can take up to 6 hits to kill but due to the nature of the pistols, you should never be challenging if from that range...

Could you please do a review of the squads modes and recommend some AI classes? The squad setting up is insane and rich ground for analysis.

The akimbo p226 with extended mags is op I use them my self and find it quite easy if to get kem strikes if I’m playing domination and people want the flag it just rips them to shreds

Even though the magnum is considerably worse then what it was from past COD games i still find it to be the best pistol in ghosts. But handguns are all about what style you like. I prefer damage and the .44 has the best damage model of all pistols. The grach is for those people who want a spammable secondary. The M9 is really sort of a middle ground gun no advantages or downsides. Lastly the P226 is best for those who either want to run secondary only or a silenced pistol. I can't comment on the PDW as nothing about it rings good. Best to avoid it all together.

Drift0r, I suggest you make a video if adding Search and Destroy back to the public playlist is a good idea. Personally, I prefer SnR and people should adapt.

Relative to the others pistols, this one is OP. the Grach is weak with low ammo. The Magnum is way to slow. The PDW is slow. And the M9 is the P226 with 2 less bullets and weirder recoil.

But the pdw is easier to use in panic as there is no need to spam the magnum is a MR in your pocket the m9a1 and p226 is just what feels better and the mp-433 is meant to be spammed like a single shot smg

They can always give it more recoil than a Desert Eagle and make it fire slower than the .44 magnum if that's what you want, buddy.

The p226 and m9 have too high recoil to use out of very close range and the p226 is a 6 hit kill at about medium range

Could you possibly do a video on reload canceling?

The P226 has such unusual magazine size. 14 rounds, it's like it has been modified to accept P320 magazines, wich holds the same 14 rounds in .40 and .357 Sig. The proof o that is that it features the same damage that the M9a1, wich holds 12 rounds in the game (simmilar to the Beretta 96a1), prooving they are in the same caliber.
