This video was ahead of it's time very ground breaking there hasn't been anything like it since

When Dr. Ciaran O´Keeffe and Yvette Fielding are talking at min. 6:20 on the right side of the screen behind him appears something like smoke. But at min. 7:05 there is a flashing light that appears behind O´Keeffe on the left side of the screen that surrounds his neck and appears again as before to disappear in the same way.

I seen something behind Carien when he was talking about the location at the beginning

Yep, 3rd frame at 06:20. Go to 6:19 then pause, then press the full stop/period key on your keyboard to go frame by frame. Comma to go 1 frame backwards. Play at 0.25x speed by clicking the cog icon on the right hand side of the control bar. Looks like a puff of smoke out of nowhere, but could easily be edited in as doesn't look quite right with lighting, and this program has been shown to fake evidence on multiple occasions, ruining their credibility. EDIT: It's definitely edited in. The 'smoke'/'mist'/'whatever' seems to be crossing by in the corridor, but look at the wall on the inside of the room we're in. Artifacts edit the pixelation of the wall despite the rest appearing to disappear behind it, meaning it was simply dimmed as soon as it passed in front of the wall we see. Shameful.

These editions are the best of Most Haunted, when they were produced for Living TV. Sadly when they rebooted this show in 2014 for Really TV and now their KZread channel, it has gone down the toilet for an abundance of reasons.

I believe a spirit went through from my back as i was sitting beside my mum as she was dying - i believe it was my dad coming for mum because she turned to where he stood beside her bed and she smiled that special smile she had for dad minutes before she died - it feels like a force - a shove - a push - but it totally encompasses your whole body - it made me lean forward then back due to the force - it even seemed to have its own little breeze - but it wasnt scary or terrifying - no screaming involved - i have to admit i felt a calm feeling for mum come over me and knew she wasnt on her own anymore - i hope that makes sense for you

At min. 25:40 behind Yvette's chair an orb moves from right to left and disappears.

No, this is not an orb, this is a simple light reflection from the night vision infra red light on the camera being moved by the man on screen. Notice how the "orb" moves at the same time as the cameraman moves. This shows that it is a infra red light reflection.
