Excellent job man. You make even unwanted cases look great, while also being fun. Just wondering: what happens when a case fails the grade, and actually damages you iPhone? What repair/replacement measures do you have, if any, and which do you suggest? Or is it you have stunt iPhones? What extent do manufacturers (paid or otherwise) go to help settle any fails/damage? Just something I thought about. Thanks! 👍🏽

A case has yet to fail me miserable during testing to have to worry about it. It just comes out of my pocket for repairs. If you're ever in this line of business, it's worth investing in AppleCare!

Remember that this is a waterproof case that was meant to be used in water, snow and rain only, you'll not use it as your "go to the restaurant" case or use it everyday so the cons that he mentioned aren't real inconvenients.

+DT B It can be a single use case but I believe for a lot of people, they like the aluminum look and would use it as a daily driver for the protective nature of it, like as an alternative to the OtterBox Defender.

Question I like to have a belt clip with this phone have you ever tried ordering a belt clip off of Amazon and tried it with this case? Did it work and if so which belt clip did you use? Do u oh have a link for it?

Yall do know that the case does protect your exterior of your phone. But that impact will damage the internals. My 6 bluetooth/gps chip broke internally from drops and the 7 vibration rotor got loose and made the phone vibrate much worse.

JEdmunds0000 not everything can be perfect... I had 3 lifeproof cases 2 otter box defenders and a iblason and every single one of them had an air gap bro... just be happy with what you get rather than expecting something to be perfect lol...

I have one for my 7 plus and it’s one hell of a tough case. I work construction and I have dropped my phone from 30 feet up and it hit a section of scaffold on the way down and then into a pile of mud face first. Not only was the phone fine but it never even stopped playing the music I was listening to. I’m a lifeproof guy forever only bad thing is the call quality if I don’t use headphones

No not bulky to me at all. I love it. It fully protects my iPhone. I own 2. One in black and clear and the other in Gray and coral/clear.

I also want to add that the Griffin has a great inner protected rubber border. Prevents the impact of the phone on the case when dropped. I know this because I have dropped mine a few times.

Oh, and the screen cover dose not snap on, it slides into the case. Way better then a snap on one.

It'll fit but it may compromise/loosen the seal depending on how thick it is. It'll depend on the screen protector you use.

Throw it away? Why would that be an option when support can get you a replacement. Why throw away $60?

I'm confused,what are the benefits of a waterproof case over a waterproof phone. I mean obviously extended waterproofing,but it somehow still feels redundant. Obviously though if I dont see a purpose this must not be for me lmao.

Stephen Granville all the “water proof” iphones are not really waterproof if you swim with it, with this case you can swim with it

Man got a question, I am Typing from the OtterBox defender, its ugly man with lots of bulk and most importantly this stupid screen protector it doesn't feel like a good protection at all can u recommend something in same league of protection and price range, this guy looks good not bad but it looks like it leaked water in it so it might has poor quality control

+Sohaib Mohanna For protection this is still a great option. The leakage is very specific to the one shown scenario. The RhinoShield PlayProof is still one of my favourite as well, also reviewed earlier on the channel.

If you have Galaxy you know that every phone is waterproof and you don't need a case for it...UAG case in combination with Galaxy is the best!

Attila Paulenyák basically because of how resistant it is. Like the 6s it's not water anything but it does quite well in the water.

Agreed to what others have said. Like I mention in the video, it does well in fresh water, but with chlorine in pools or salt in ocean water for example, the iPhone can't cover up against that.

how deep is it rated? i got an idea for your next waterproof case review. take it to the lake, attach it to the end of a fishing pole, cast it out, let it sink, see what happens. "anaconda don't want none..."
