This train was the last train from Liège to Luxembourg. IC 5321, arrival 23.46 in Luxembourg. Shortly after arrival the train leaves empty towards Arlon, for cleaning overnight. Also the Belgian staff will remain in Arlon, Belgium.
The next morning, the same train will ride RB 5904 from Arlon to Luxembourg (departure 04.30 in Arlon, arrival 04.58 in Luxembourg), before going to Liège (departure 05.15).
The evening train goes empty as there is already a regular train to Arlon at 00.00 (also a "recycled" train: that's the train that came from Brussels 10 minutes earlier). Fun fact: so there are 2 trains towards Arlon with less than 10 minutes interval between them, in the middle of the night.
