Ghost Towns and More | Episode 41 | Marysville, Montana
What would you do if you found sudden wealth? The story of Marysville is how one man who struggled to survive came in to fabulous wealth, but his newfound fortune did little to solve personal family tragedies and problems. He did however, find ways to support the community with his wealth. The town of Marysville is a quaint and beautiful hamlet, as a ghost of its former self and definitely well worth the visit.

Thank you for such an interesting part of Montana history and how Marysville was created. Not very many men who went West to find Gold were successful, this Gentleman was an exception. Your Narration and History presentation was excellent and you have just the voice to project very well

This place isn't a ghost town there's still about 60 people living here.

That's why its called Ghost Towns "and more".
There's a town in California also called Marysville. It's name after a girl who survived the Donner Party incident in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
