My family thinks my great grandmother's old rocking chair holds her spirit. I own the chair currently, and when my daughter was little, I could hear her having one-sided conversations sitting on the floor facing the chair. I went to check on her on night and saw something sitting in it while my she was asleep. The best story, though, was the time I was home alone after being injured at work. I got up from the couch and groaned when I put weight on my injured leg. I very distinctly heard an elderly woman's voice say, "are you okay?" I don't feel like it's scary, though. She's a guardian spirit and we like that she's here.

The story of the grandma photo is so beautiful actually, at least to me. She didn't want to miss her great-nephew's birthday and she was happy he liked his presents! I think that's beautiful but maybe I'm a little odd.

The guy with the bedroom demon sounds like a case of 'Ghost as subconscious warning'. Those are the ones I find most fascinating; a dozen people will swear down this building is haunted and it turns out, not that theres a ghost, but that there's a physical thing in the area that could have been dangerous. Like the foundations were crumbling, or the groundwater was contaminated with lead, just things that people are intuitively picking up on and their subconscious is throwing red flags that come across as the classic 'haunting' experience. So if a place feels haunted here might be a 100% scientific explanation that nevetheless you are 100% right to be having a bad feeling about.

yeah, i bet peoples' body /brain senses something feels weird because we are very sensitive in that way but your subconscious mind doesn't have a way of communicating to your conscious mind what its actually sensing other than "ghost." So things like vibrations, smells, and other slight changes will end up coming out as a ghost.

My sisters and I playing hide and seek in the house, with the rule we couldn't go outside. I was hiding in the far room with the backdoor in view. Then my sister goes outside and im thinking but we agreed! Then I hear her shout, "we agreed we wouldn't hide outside!" And she stomped to the door and shouted outside the same thing. I popped up from my hiding place and said I'm not. Meaning we both saw that person go outside and we both thought it was each other. We were the only ones home. We stopped playing and put on a Disney movie I think. And once when I had a roommate she would text me in the middle of the night while I was at work saying the kitchen cabinets were open, she kept hearing someone, her dog was getting spooked, and I said, katy I told you before we moved in together. Even most recently at my parents house. Me, my mom, and my sister all in the kitchen talking and there's a bedroom on the far side of the kitchen. Im facing that doorway and see something cross from one side to the other. I immediately start calling for the dog cause she's not supposed to be in that bedroom but the dog comes from the other side of the house. My mom was like what and I said I saw someone and my sister was like why do you never believe us. My cat is scared of that room. He avaids it when at all possible. Our whole lives its been something or other.

Here's a story from about a month or so ago. My boyfriend and I are long distance, and I had a dream a few days after he had gone home from a visit. In this dream, he was visiting again, and we were taking a selfie with the camera facing my dresser in the corner. In his camera, clear as day and solid as all hell, unmistakably, was the ghost of my grandma looking healthier than ever and staring directly into the camera right at me. She's been gone for 7 years and we've since moved states. I woke up and looked to that corner, and I have a wax warmer on top of the dresser, and the lights looked like eyes. I barely slept and I called my boyfriend in terror the next morning.

In case it’s reassuring, you should know that there is an actual scientific explanation for Impulse’s floating ghost above the bed: a weird phenomenon called sleep paralysis. Basically what happens is that your brain wakes up but doesn’t send the proper signals to the body to wake it up as well, so you stay in the state of paralysis that sleep induces. A common side effect of this is a sense of dread & the feeling or false perception that there is an intruder in the room with you (in this case, a ghost). I was thinking about it when he started describing seeing a ghost at the dead of night, but I knew it fit when he said he couldn’t move.

I grew up seeing a shadow person in my room at night. I didn't really realise what was happening, just some nights I would wake up and see this shadow on the wall across from me, and I knew I had to stay perfectly still. No idea why I had to stay still, I never moved enough to find out. It appeared in two different childhood homes. But yeah, to this day I struggle to make myself look at the South wall of my bedroom at night just in case it comes back.

I have a paranormal story. I was awakened out of a sound sleep by a clear, loud string of syllables in my ears. It was so loud, I sat straight up and looked around. Everyone else in my house was asleep. Curious, I phonetically typed what I’d heard into Google search, and Google made sense out of that jumble of syllables, referencing a story of a senior care resident gone missing a few states North of me. I had never even heard of the place, story or man. The syllables said he could be found in the next Northern town from where he went missing. What to do? This is nuts! But what if this is real info that will help somebody? I called the police in the town where he went missing. I said, this is gonna sound weird, but this is what happened, and this is the message. The following week, I looked up the story again, and they found the old gentleman and he was safely back, reported the day after I called, but no more details. I’m glad Google was able to parse the message, because my mind did not. I’m glad I forwarded the message. It was waaay weird, never happened to me before or since.

Rest assured, Ghost do indeed exist. I grew up in a house with at least 3 Ghost that we knew about. There was the lady who walked the upstairs hallways, all us in the home seen her at least once, I seen her three times, head to toe in stark detail. My brothers seen a man in the dinning room at the kitchen table in old 1800's dress sitting at the table reading a newspaper. My Mom seen a lady in what looked like a maids outfit walking through the basement and up the basement stairs. She vanished before reaching the top. This went on for years before we finally moved. I can at least say to myself and others who believe that Ghost do exist for sure.

I loved this episode. I’m fascinated by the paranormal and ghosts and you’re stories were amazing. I especially enjoyed that last one that you experienced together and I agree with Skizz, I think it was telling you not to joke around like that. As for stories, there are many from the theater where I work. The one that happened directly to me was when I was seating people in the balcony. There were two ladies I’d just helped who said that a man would be joining them. I said I’d show him to the seat when he arrived and went back to standing by the door. After a bit, I saw a man out of the corner of my eye approach. He was tall and had a shirt or coat with two columns of buttons down it. I turn to greet him and there was no one standing there. I was confused. A few minutes later, a man enters who was meeting the two ladies and he looked nothing like the man I saw. I sat him and moved on. Some months later, I tell this experience to a coworker and she looks at me and says “Oh, you saw him too?” Which made my eyes go wide.

I really loved this podcast. I like that we can't explain every story or encounter. Some encounters with ghost can be explained. Especially in old houses where the wind can get through cracks inside it can happen that it causes a vibration at the resonant frequency of humans (between 9-16 hertz). This can cause the feeling of a chill going through our body or can even cause slight hallucinations. Fascinating stuff.

I'm sorry that I came to this podcast too late for you guys to read my comment. That being said my ghost story isn't scary (at least not to me.) You need some background to get the whole impact of this story. My family is not religious. My parents never attended any church and did not raise my siblings or me in one as well. I have two sisters and a brother so growing up the three girls had one room to share and my brother had his own. When my older sister hit puberty it became impossible to live in the same room with her so my other sister and I begged and pleaded to move into the attic to get away from the drama. We were allowed up there (it was unfinished) and everything worked out for the best. When the first sister left the house, my other sister got the bedroom and I got the attic to myself. I loved it up there but the one experience I had I still do not understand. I was barefoot and took a step and felt something cold under my heel. What I found was a ~2in. gold cross on the plywood that was my floor. I sat there looking at it, wondering where it could have come from and decided to look around on the floor some more. Then I found an oval medallion with the Lord's Prayer on it. Creepy. Now this house was brand new when my parents bought it so there were no previous owners. There was never anything on that floor (other than my crap) for the 4 years I had been up there so...Where did they come from?!! I still have those artifacts 45+years later.

I have a ghost story from when I was a kid that still sticks with me and my parents didn't believe me until what happened to my brother. So I was in bed, just tossing and turning, trying to combat my insomnia, and I was getting really agitated about not getting sleep ( I must have been 6ish). All of a sudden, I'm really peaceful, super sleepy and I feel a hand tuck me in to bed. I know it wasn't my parent's hand in that moment because the feeling was different. I open my eyes and I see a man standing there, but I don't feel scared at all. Before I could do anything else, I was asleep for what was the best sleep I had had in months. The next day I tell my parents and they don't believe me, saying I must have been really tired, whatever. A few days later, my brother (age 4ish) starts talking to someone in his room so my mum goes to see what he's doing. My brother is sitting on the floor, facing the corner of the room, speaking to seemingly nothing. First time it happened, my mum just brushed it off as a pretend game my brother used to play. The second time, it was witnessed by my dad, who's a big believer in ghost. So he ask my brother who he's talking to and my brother answers " to the man in the corner there, can't you see him?" And my dad the believed that my brother was talking with a spirit and let it be cuz they were having a friendly conversation and didn't want to upset the spirit. Later, my brother and I are going through old photos and we come across one with a man in it and both my brother and I recognised it as the man we saw. So naturally, we go to my dad and ask him who that is. He's silent for a few seconds and he looks up with tears in his eyes (I have never seen my dad cry) and me says "that's your grandfather". My grandfather had passed before my dad had even met my mum so we hadn't ever met. And since then, we know our grandfather is always there with us, making sure we're okay.

I’ve never seen anything ghost wise, but I’ve definitely had experiences. I am what I consider to be sensitive to those kinds of things. I am an extreme empath, meaning I feel emotions a lot deeper than most people and I think that contributes to my sensitivity. My childhood home was for sure haunted. For context, we built the home and lived there for 8 years. I haven’t been inside that house for the last 4 years since we moved. In that house, I was visited by my great-grandparents, had sleep paralysis twice, had my bedroom door move on its own (no ac or heater on, my siblings weren’t even in the basement where my room was, and I didn’t move it), had to “banish” a ghost (it tried to attack me or something idk, but I basically told it to go away and stop bothering me and it did), and just had the feeling of someone watching me almost constantly (this is my way of telling whether there is a spirit or not and whether it has good or bad intentions). My most recent ghost experience though, was in a haunted house for Halloween, like one with actors and everything. I went with a group of friends, whom I had told That I was sensitive to spirits. I am an adrenaline junkie, so I honestly wasn’t nervous or scared, I was excited. This theater is actually haunted (one of the reasons I wanted to go to this one in particular). We took one step inside, and I started to feel lightheaded and had butterflies in my stomach. Not the ones you get when you’re nervous, but just butterflies. I looked at my friend and he noticed that something was off. I felt flushed and he definitely noticed and asked if I was okay. I think I felt this way because 1) there were spirits and 2) there were a lot. There were probably 5 or 6 distinct spirits in that theater. Throughout the rest of our time there, I felt one spirit following us. The entire time. It was a guy and he just seemed to enjoy watching people be scared which was kind of funny. After we were done and we walked to the car, the spirit was still following us, so I told it to leave us alone and it did. I had that feeling for a while afterwords, but it left us alone. That was probably one of the most significant times that I felt a spirit. I have a couple more though.

The only story i have was during a visit to our grandparents' grave. It was around 6-7 pm and it was getting darker and darker by the minute, half an hour had passed when I saw my uncle(married into the family) leave to visit his own parents' grave. We let him do his thing and by 8 pm we had to leave cause with the pandemic, closing time for cemeteries were earlier than usual. My family started cleaning up, my aunt I went to get my uncle and when we reached the area where he was, I slowed down while my aunt kept going. My uncle was there kneeling by two graves, totally normal, the elderly couple next to him that disappeared when my aunt got to him? Not so much. I brushed it off as an effect of a motorcycle headlight blinding me as the driver passed by, until it kept happening as we walked back. I look over at people visiting various graves and seeing groups losing a member or 2 in a blink of an eye, like, I see a group of 3 young adults and suddenly it was just two of them. I was very spooked, when we started to leave I looked back to where we came from and there she was, my grandma, who passed 3 months prior, was there waving. I waved back on reflex, wide eyed and not blinking, looked to her left and an elderly man was there smiling. Blink! They were gone. At that moment i asked my dad if he had a picture of grandpa (he died long before i was born so i had no idea what he looked like) and he had my aunt show me one. I looked at the photo and yep, same man, thankfully the lamps weren't that bright because i felt myself go pale and I don't think i could've explained that to my family. I haven't visited since then and it makes me sad seeing my family do but i just get scared even thinking about going near a cemetery 😅.

I find it interesting that your ability to see them sort of needed a certain distance. I often see people “out of the corner of my eye” who disappear when I look in that direction. I always hear stories of ghost hunters seeing something a room away, or top of the stairs, they rush to that area and find no-one. Same thing. I’ve been trying to figure out *why*…is it an atmosphere thing? Like, does there need to be a certain amount of humid air between the manifestation and the viewer’s eyes for the visual to occur?

Probably a psychological thing? For me at least, I was young at that time, now I'm in my 20s and I finally visited the same cemetery with my family just last week and it was fine. Though it was just past 2 pm and there were less people than last time so it could also be an atmosphere thing because cemeteries tend to give some people the creeps especially at night. It's like when you're lying in bed awake in the middle of the night with the lights off and you look around and see silhouettes of people or things but when you turn on the lights it's just the usual stuff you see in the room. The human brain confuses me XD

@@e.j.deleon5813 Mmmmm…..nope. You confirmed your sight with your grandfather’s pic. But what’s to fear? They’re just people in spirit. It’s the reason lots of families have traditionally had picnics at their family cemetery. They find comfort in sharing their family time with the whole family, physical and spiritual. Like warm hugs. Remember the smiles and waiving.

I haven't watched the whole podcast yet, but I have so so many ghost stories, not only from what i've witnessed but what those around me have witnessed. My best friend, and i have witnessed first hand, can see and feel things that most people can't see, so not just ghosts. When we were sharing a dorm apartment on the campus of our college, we had a cat. There were two bedrooms, but we shared a room and one of our friends had the other, but unfortunately they had to drop out, so it was empty. I technically didn't live there, i only stayed there because my bestie doesn't like being alone and because my cat was there. On one of the days before i had started basically living there, my friend was late for class and heard a voice telling them to hurry up. They had also been seeing a tall man lurking in the doorways n such. After further investigation, we learned that this fella wasn't a bad creature, and he was very passionate about school and learning, though he wasn't very good at it. We called him the tall guy, and he was like a roommate, basically. Now, as i said, we have a cat, and his name is Pickle, and I love him. As many probably know, cats are very good at seeing and feeling things we don't. Many times, we would see him react and look up like someone was bending down to pet him. One of my favorite times, my best friend and i were chilling in bed talking about the things we shared an apartment with, and pickle was chilling in the bathroom doorway. my friend said something like, "i think the tall guy is sad because he wants to pet pickle." and, ofc, i said he could. and right after i said that pickle looked up into the doorway, where we werent, and he looked offended and startled sitting there before eventually running off. that's just one of many many stories, though.

As usual I've stumbled on your channel. I have so many ghost stories it's hard to pick which one to tell. Here it goes: My brother and sister in law were apartment managers in Tucson. I was about 17 years old. It's summer we're all having a good time at the pool. I take my nieces upstairs of the manager apartment to give them baths. I have about 6 nieces. Giving them baths 2 at a time to save time etc. Out of the corner of my eye I see someone standing in the doorway. I'm talking away to who I thought was a niece or my brother or some other family member. My one niece in the bathtub is just staring at me. I finish giving my last niece a bath and send her downstairs while I cleaned out the bathtub. Same figure is just standing there. I start heading downstairs when I felt hands on my back trying to push me downstairs. I start talking to it, telling it to leave me alone. I make it downstairs and ask around the room why whomever just stood in the doorway. Everyone swore it wasn't them. My sister in law admitted their apartment was haunted. When my parents and I left that evening for home, I looked up at my brother's bedroom window. There was the same dark figure standing there. And yeah, no, ouija boards are BAD.

Not sure if these count as "Ghost Stories" but here we go The first I don't even remember because I was apparently really young, but my mom told me this story a while back. She said that she was tucking me into bed when I asked her if I could have the pink suitcase. My mom's thinking, "what suitcase?" so she asks me just that. I apparently respond with, "The suitcase with all of the dolls!". Turns out there was a pink suitcase that my mom had at her childhood home that was filled with dolls that her and her sister would play with. Don't know what happened after that, so there ya go. This other one could easily be explained as a hallucination, but it still freaked me out enough that I ended up crying A while back I had starting getting these really bad headaches-turns out it was just my blood pressure, I'm young so idk why- and this was one of the days where my headache got really bad. I was downstairs and was calling my mom to find out where she was. She didn't respond-at least I didn't hear her- when I see her pass by in the hallway and go into another room opposite the one I'm in. I go to follow her, walk in, and she isn't there. There is one entrance into this room, and she had just walked in. It looked exactly like her. Same clothes and hairstyle she was wearing that day and everything. Just as I walk into this room, I hear steps coming down the stairs behind me. She was upstairs the entire time. I start freaking out because I SWEAR she had just walked into that office, and now she's coming downstairs behind me. I start sobbing and saying "But I just saw you go in there!" and my mom leads me over to the couch and comforts me as i cry. Now whenever I think about it, I can never get a clear image of what walked into that office, but I still remember thinking it was my mom. so there we have it :>

My own brush ins with the paranormal are certainly things I can't explain either. I used to work at a local drugstore in my area.. strange things would happen off and on, while very rare. The experiences were kind of elaborate? For example, we had a satellite receiver for store audio, ya know the kitschy stuff they play while you're shopping. Occasionally, the volume nob would shoot all the way up on its own and we'd have to go in the back to turn it down. Manager kept thinking "some kid must of got back there" .. My own direct experiences with whatever this was came in the form of 3 encounters. The tamest version (though they are all kind of tame?) was we sold paper products up against the back wall of the store, toilet paper, coffee filters, napkins.. that kind of thing. I was doing my usual closing sweep and I pass by the paper wall.. out of the corner of my eye, and for a split second, I could swear I could of seen a shadowy figure leaning.. like trying to peek behind the coffee filters. My eyes naturally locked in on what I thought was there.. nothing.. but the coffee filters immediately fell off the shelf. (which isn't hard to do but still??) Another run in with this thing, I was up at the front doing cashier work. We had these huge glass windows set up behind the checkout. On sunny days, it created quite a bit of backlight. It was a rather slow day, and I was in the middle of some down time.. but I started to get the feeling like my personal space was being invaded. Ya know, like.. you're in line at a convention or something and they got you all packed in like sardines. I look over my shoulder, again.. split second swearing I saw someone shadowy person being back lit this time. But nothing was there. I turn around and face forward. Now, you know those metal racks they hang bundles of plastic bags from? (this was like 2003, so who knows if anyone remembers them) First one on that metal rack was standing straight out, stiff as a board. Might as well of been levitating, if not for the fact that it was attached to the other bags. No wind, no other bags being effected. Not even a breeze. Pushed that thing back down, spent the rest of the day trying to replicate it. I could not. My last, and my most epic (?) encounter with this pain in the ass was something special. I was sitting in our broom closet of a break room, taking it easy, minding my business. All by myself. An important detail, our break room was attached directly to the stockroom in the back. The way you come in and out is two very large flap doors that you can easily hear if someone comes in. Keep this in mind. I'm sitting there, looking out into the stock room.. we kept overstock wine on these multi-tiered carts, and they kind of block visuals getting into the stock room if you're looking at it from that perspective. I see something flickering on the far side of the wine racks. Something kind of blocking out the light. Sort of like a fluttering moth? Best way I can describe it. No sound. I am alone. Again, I pay it no mind. Maybe 3 minutes later, a dime comes flying in from nowhere at an alarming speed.. not aimed at me, but pretty stinkin close. Followed by a penny a few seconds after. I get up to look around, thinking someone is trying to prank me, and I find no one in the back room but myself. And the doors in did not open once. No idea where this thing found 11 cents. Our store was brand new, no history. We were the opening day crew. Whatever it was must of been tied to the land. And our store wasn't spook central. We'd go months without a spooky event happening. It sort of came and went. I'm always tempted to ask the current employees there if they've experienced any weird shit going on in that place whenever I visit my old hang outs. But as far as ghosts are concerned.. yeah man, they're no joke. And to be honest, nothing I experienced really scared me either. Left me feeling more curious.. and these encounters were the thing that set me down the road of trying to figure out what it was I experienced. And I found myself along the way, so to speak. Anyway, rant done. Thanks for reading if you got this far :D

I've never had anything supernatural happen to me (that I remember), but I did just have an odd experience right after watching this podcast (meaning it is certainly just a spooked brain playing tricks on me), so may as well share here. Anyway, so I'm watching this podcast, and midway I look up about ouji boards cause I thought (from phasmo) that it moved by itself and was confused as to how so many people all witnessed it moving. Found out about its history more and that everyone puts their hand on it etc. By the time it reaches the last story, I am thoroughly spooked. My family are downstairs, so I head to them - but the thing is, the lights were all off in the corridor and down the stairs etc and I just felt this goosebumpy apprehensive feeling, like something is behind me. I know I'm just jumpy cause of the podcast I just watched, so I dismiss it in my head and resolve to continue walking at a normal pace and ignore the feeling, but as I walk it slowly just gets bigger and bigger and I'm at the top of the stairs when I just start running. I was specifically trying not to run, just to carry on like nothing happened, but some instinct in me overtook me and I just bolted. I genuinely felt like I was in danger, despite no logical reason.

I've seen and experienced enough weird sh*t that I know there's just some things you don't mess with. My husband really likes the idea of ghost stories and ghost hunting and so on and has recently been going to places that claim to be haunted and go on tours etc. I told him he's never allowed to go anywhere that claims demonic activity and he's never allowed to bring a ouija board in our home. He knows the strange things I've seen and yet he still questioned me. I told him if there's any chance in the world that any of this is real do you really want to chance bringing that in our home and around our kids? He went silent and said no you're right. It doesn't matter if its real whats real is that its not worth the potential risk to our home and family being compromised.

When I was in college I, a few times a week I would lock up a couple campus buildings at night. I would usually be there from like 8pm-1am maybe. I had to lock all the classrooms and stuff. Sometimes I had to go inside a classroom to turn off a projector or something. A few times while I was in the classroom, I would hear knocking on the door. Clear as day. I would go look and there was never anyone there. This on it's own might not be much, but combine it with the fact that several students had taken their lives in that building (1 while I was working) it's pretty spooky. I to this day will always say that building is haunted.

I never truly understood how scary some of the things I've experienced could/are, until recently. Just a few years ago, I had this friend who's mother had messed with a Ouija board, and it was still in the attic. Didn't help that their house was near a cemetery, if I remember correctly. Lived far away, and we talked over Discord. Whenever she was home alone, there would be these constant door knocks, things shaking, voices, and some other things that happened. So, one day, she didn't wanna be alone and I sat in call with her. I could hear what was going on, sort of. But there was this one specific sound that I heard, and she didn't. It sounded like some animal dying, but it didn't come from my end, I swear it was from her end. Even before that I would occasionally hear familiar voices calling for me, especially ones from people who weren't anywhere near. Normally when I asked, they said "nah, didn't say anything." So I just shrugged it off. Then, about 2 years ago now, I was at work, closing shift, it was like 9-10 pm, just me and two others. I was out cleaning the lobby when I heard one of them yell something, and I didn't move, I just called back to see if it was the guy ('cause it was the guys' voice I heard), and he hadn't said, anything. I just shrugged it off again, and went back to cleaning. I told this story recently and someone said that it could've been something trying to get me. Thinking on it now, I haven't really heard anyone calling my name nearly as much, especially after leaving that job. Doesn't help that there was supposedly a ghost in the men's bathroom, and I tried to be nice to it (the door would open when no one else was in there, and the toilet would flush on its own. That probs didn't help either.

My brother was in a situation with a tour guide and 2 buddies, they were walking, guide stops, tells them calmly to turn around and run. If they were curious, asked whats going on, if they did anything other than run, they would have been dead. they wandered into a plant field with two guys already there, they had machetes and and large AR's. I've had 2 ghost stories. 1: I dont rember how old I was at the time but i I was young (maybe 10-11). My family was in the kitchen and I had to run to my room to get something. My mom used to watch other kids when I was at school and for their nap time, they would sleep in my room. On the weekends and after school when I was using my room, the crip they slept in was pushed into the corner opposite from the door and it was pushed ALL THE WAY against the wall. Nothing but maybe some dust could fit back there. So I go in humming a song that was stuck in my head and started looking for the thing I had to get. About 20 seconds go by after I walk in and from the corner that the crib is in, I hear 2 LOUD claps. Just clap clap. Then nothing. 2. This was maybe 6 months ago. It was late (I think midnight or 1am) and I was going to bed. I walk in my room and get just past my bed. I dont know why, but I just had this feeling that I had to look at the middle of my room. I didn't turn the lights on but I saw this small (about the size of a golf ball), glowy purple orb just floating there for a second before is shot around me towards the door and disappeared.

I'm late to the party but what Impulse said about his former house, I had quite similar experiences. Or like Skizz' friend who has been seen persons in the door. I also don't know what to think about ghosts but in those moments I accepted there might be ghosts. It was like seeing or more feeling their aura. But dark. I knew if they were male or female. It happened quite often in a certain flat and I was so scared, thinking I might become crazy. But then I told them I don't want them to visit me and they never came back. In my next flat I knew an old man died and one night I felt someone coming through the bedroom door and I knew it was him. I said: It's OK, you can have a look and see what I made out of your home and I hope you like it, you can have a look at everything, take your time for a proper good-bye, but when you are ready, please don't come back. It took about 10 minutes and then the feeling of him being there left and he never came back.

Amazing stories and fantastic delivery as always. Although I do kinda regret listening to this before bed! I have a bit of an odd background rather than a single story, and you asked to share so here it is I grew up in a family with several members who believe in ghosts and psychic abilities. When I grew up I believed too, and thought that I saw a number of ghosts in my house, including a man in a tudor ruff along with vaguer figures, however I also saw an apparition that looked liked my younger self, which made me question, what are ghosts? As I do not have any siblings or family members who I look like and wore the same clothes as I did who had passed. Are ghosts echos in time going forward and back, rather than just spirits of the dead? I haven't seen anything paranormal since I was young and living in that house, but my relatives who have moved away from that place have and speak about them and I brush it off I am not really sure about whether I believe in ghosts and the paranormal but I do get either sorta premonition-like dreams or frequent déjà vu, and I definitely get what you guys say about explaining things away as a normal thing
