No, Per Erikkson is a kickass guitarist, every bit as good as Simon. Unfortunately Chris Catalyst (sic?) Is no Omega, and the Hagstroms don't help. The bass player is also quite good.

countdebleauchamp Per is good but strangely makes some big mistakes on the rats tour (ritual, faith solo or dance macabre solo at albert hall), omega was good but chris does the job. And Simon is a fucking bastard since 2017.

@@kelmai54 Omega was very good at making the riffs sound so connected and smooth with his playing style. Chris has messed up but seeing them live just over a month ago they're still sounding sick. You have to remember they're never going to sound the same even if they get the old musicians back. A lot of backing track was used before this Cardinal era Ghost and before the Ghouletts. Even if all the old ones came back they would still sound different now with no backing tracks.

@@kelmai54 The current fire was really lame and made many mistakes when he started, it was probably because he had just started, but now he has evolved into the most skilled Ghost guitarist to state. Martin had his own uncomparable presence and gimmicks, and was almost equal to Tobias in music talent, but in raw guitar skills I think even he is 2nd to Per.
