This internet phenomenon is known as the Ghost Car. The Garden City PD chase the suspect for a long while, as he mysteriously swerves all over the road like a man possessed. When all of a sudden the car vanishes right through a fence, leaving the squad car trapped and the officers perplexed.

On this Russian intersection things are apparently normal. Until a car comes out of nowhere, giving the driver milliseconds to react. Stopping just in time. It's as if the car came into existence right there in front of him, as it doesn't appear anywhere else in the video.

The second clip was debunked by Captain Disillusion, and honestly the first one has very little visibility, so it's ver hard to tell if this is an optical illusion, fake, or real
i seen both off them on different channel cant remember which one it was it was like yesterday to lol but anyways the fence one is the wire mesh only the top is attached so u can drive throw and the mesh then it just swing back in to place like walking throw curtains if you know what i mean that 2nd one is both car moving on at same time so the dash cam wont see it coming the car in front of dash cam would see the car hence that why it just brake in time hope that help you guys and wondering why and how :)
