Welcome back to my channel #dancewithSL fam! I'm officially joining the Ghoomar Gang :) I was so inspired by Padmavat/Padmaavati and the way all the female WARRIORS came together to affect such a significant turning point in the story. I wanted to make this dance cover as a tribute to that, and had open calls for dancers to create this with me. We had never all danced together before, and not everyone had trained with me, which made for a long gruelling dancewithSL training session over 6 weeks. These girls were AMAZING in taking direction and developing their craft through it. I'm so happy with the way it all came together!

I love to watch Indian dances. My little Himalayan cat was fascinated also. Absolutely beautiful.

I swear.... This dance was beautifully made! I love the ghoomar in the film, but this ghoomar one is just as beautiful too. So elegant!

Very different from original,not even a single step matches with the real version,but still graceful,I think this is something which we call talent,creation from within
