Wretch 32 is so clever!! He went from the colour purple, to talking about rain (Prince’s greates sing Purple rain) to then referring to himself as a prince! Waaaaa!!

Precisely what i said when this graced my eardrums this week: We really don't get enough Kano x Ghetts... I had to wheel it up just to clock precisely when Kane picked up from where Ghetts left off. These two out here with the seamless baton pass in a 4x4 relay... Cast my mind back to class of deja when they damn near analgated dragonball fusion style... Following that up is a tall order, but wretch is no third wheel in this masterpiece... However cue third, fourth, fifth wheel up.

When Wretch said "The Colour Purple" and "The Woman King" he was talking about the films, i.e. about depicting the black experience.

So Michealangelo is actually the only surviving Turtle in the last Ronin comics so painting the colour purple is another double entendre for "Mikey" having to take up the mantle as a leader since he's the only turtle left on top of Michealangelo the artist.

This song really made me realize what sets Ghetts and Kano apart. They’re both incredible craftsman, but Kano’s bars and schemes are a lot more cryptic.

Reminded me of Dave's Brits performance of 'In the Fire' with the back to back smoke setting off all the fire alarms

TLC and their single Creep, Destiny's Child & Sugababes. Is genius. Ghetts is wild. The most developed Mc in my opinion. 🔥
