I feel you bro, but Ghetto isn't an alter ego, its more like a past life. Ghetts started as Ghetto and he changed up as part of growing up. Its not like a fake persona its more like a relic of his past. Also the Ghetto part of this was so much harder than the Ghetts part IMO

Ghetto verse is a throwback to when he was coming up, had a flow more developed for pirate radio grime (“skippiest flows in town”)

Ghetto isn't really Ghetts' alto ego like that. Its his old rap name and he used to be way more violent and in the streets, so he's when he says man wanna draw ghetto out constantly, he's talking about his old self.

To be honest, when Ghetts turns into "Ghetto" its not really an alter ego, he just switches to his old style of grime rap, fast cadence with crazy flows and rough violent voice since thats how he rapped when he was really about that gang life early in his career

His conflict of interest album is crazy and needs to be listened to in full. A couple stand outs are: Hop Out Fine Wine Little Bo peep Mozambique

Ghetto isn't his alter ego, its him, it was his original name 15 years ago and he was much more aggressive with the flow, delivery and bars back then and he was in the streets back then. Obviously as hes got older he has matured and it is not as aggressive and changed name to ghetts to be more commercially accepted but sometimes taps into that raw personality from back then including the raw flows and delivery

Ghetto is his name before he changed it up to Ghetts in about 2010. He always rapped pretty fast on his earlier material and that's his callback to his early mixtape work with using the Ghetto name here.
