आप पहली गायिका है जिसने जगजीत सिंह साहब की ग़ज़लों के साथ न्याय किया है। जगजीत सिंह जैसा गाने के लिए सबसे ज़रूरी है, जगजीत सिंह जैसा बनना।आपकी सादगी और आपके सुर आपको उनकी तरह बनाते है। आप सिर्फ़ जगजीत सिंह जी को ही गाया कीजिए। उनके जाने से जो विरक्ति आ चुकी है उसे आपमें भर सकने का सामर्थ्य है। जगजीत सिंह को चाहने वाले आपको भी अपना प्यार देंगे और हम जैसों को फिर से जगजीत सिंह वाले दौर में जीने का कुछ मौक़ा मिलेगा।
