Namaste Everyone, Now we can make #Gudpak at home easily. This is super simple and delicious recipe which is really famous in Nepal.
Ingredients and direction:
Khuwa 400gm
Dry coconut 100 gm (chopped)
Dry dates 5-6 pieces (chopped)
Almonds 100 gm (chopped)
Cashew nuts 100 gm (chopped)
Raisins 100 gm
200 ml Milk
100 gm Edible gum (gud)
100 gm jaggery
Ghee to fry gud and dried fruits
1 tbsp butter
Add 1tbsp crushed Cardamom

Suni Sister Thank you so much for your lovely recipes. Euta suggestion dina man lagyo hai sister. Please, non-stick pan lai promote nagarau na . They are toxic for human health. Either food grade stainless steel or cast iron cook wares are better than using toxic non-stick cook wares. Food and health &safety together hai Sister. Best Wishes🥰🥰😘

Sakhar rakhyo vane authentic taste aaucha. Sakhar chaina vane brown sugar pani use garna sakincha.
