Matlab jhooth bolne ki hadd hoti hai... temperature dekhiye 180 to 200 degree celcius...jb itna temp k baad oil bahar aayega to cold pressed kaise hua...lagta hai abhilasha ji ko marketing k paise mile hai aur ye machine bhi free mili hai tbhi inko ye kaafi pasand aayi hai...

Bilkul sahi baat pakdi aapne, cold press oil k liye max temperature oil ka 48.88 degree C (120F) tak hona cahiye, tabhi woh cold press kehlata, Cold press main basically heating nahi khali press kar k oil nikalte, jaise ki wooden press machine main woh bhi bahut dhere dhere taaki oil ka temperature zada rise na ho. Yeh machine bazar k oil jo ki chemical se bhare hote unse achi hai but cold press to nahi hai.

Cold press does not mean it will not generate heat. You need a certain temperature to extract oil from seeds. If you press any seed in the toughest machine it will not take out all oil. Our relative had this traditional machine for oiling coconuts where wooden logs slowly the crush copra or dry coconut and mix for hours as they kept adding copra.. With the slow continues movement so much heat is produced so that oil oozes out. Cold pressed means you do not add chemical to seeds for maximum oil extraction. It does not mean that you put cold seeds and press. These machines heat the seeds using electricity rather than mechanical movements to get the same result.

खराब होने के बाद यह रिपेरिंग नही होती मुंबई मे इनके सर्वीस सेंटर नहीं है मै लेके फस चुका हूँ कोई रिपेरिंग करने वाला होतो प्लीज बता दो कंपनी की सर्वीस अच्छी नही है

Commercial mills mein seeds ko 500 degree tak heat karke, preservative aur additive daalke usko process kiya jaata hai. Yahan pe seeds ki koi bhi pre-processing nahi ki jaati. Jo temperature diye gaye hai woh isiliye ke ek seed mein se maximum tel nikal sake woh bhi bina poshtik tattvo ko asar kare.

@@abhilashacookspotlifestyle I think you need to educate yourself on the facts: commercial oil extraction temperatures are around 120 deg.c NOT 500! oils like ground nut oil start smoking at 275deg.c. I completely agree that this is preservative and additive free but it's not cold pressed like in traditional or semi mechanised kacchi ghani oil where temperatures are below 70 or so. Aur heating karne ka kaaran seeds ka moisture nikalna Hain taaki tel jaldi kharab na ho jaaye. Seeds ko dhoop ya solar dryer mein sukhakar bhi ye kar sakte hain. So stop advertising it as COLD PRESS

यह मशीन खराब हो जाने के बाद रिपेरिंग मुंबई मे नहीं होती इनका मुंबई मे रिपेरिंग सेंटर नही है यह लोग अपने को ही डेमो द्वारा रिपेरिंग करने को कहते है कंपनी का कोई आदमी मुंबई मे आता नही है और यहा कोई रिपेरिंग करता नही है दो वर्ष के अंदर मेरी मशीन खराब हो चुकी है अभी भी इनका कोई आदमी रिपेरिंग करने आता नही है

180 डिग्री सेल्सिअस टेम्परेचर ऑइल निकालने को लगेगा तो इसे कॉल्ड प्रेस ओईल नही बोल सकते

Bohot Kam temperature par set karke oil nikal sakte hai kya, Peanut aur Mustard.

This is not cold pressed. The oil which comes out is very hot. So the nutrients gets destroyed.
