clarification needed. In video it seems flawless but when the chickpea/besan flour is added to masala paste, it quickly gets thick turns into lump. So, what stops to become lump ? Less besan or more oil or more water to masala paste ? It happens every time no matter how you follow video/recipe.

Namaste ji To put chana in Garam water or cold water 6-8 hours after putting into pressure cooker please let me know
