After colonization by conservative Boers at the time of apartheid, they are colonized today by liberal Whites english-speaking. This is why gender ideologies have a place in South Africa. The south-african oligarchs will say that it's because South Africa is a democracy. Curious democracy where the values of the minority of the white minority have been imposed on the majority, black and white together. In Ghana, as in Uganda, democracy has been respected. In the direction of the will of the immense majority of the people voted by the Parliament. In other words, Uganda and Ghana are more democratic than South Africa in this particular issue. South Africa is actually an oligarchy whose elites, black and white, use democratic language...like in the United States of America.
