Fufu is Ghanaian traditional food. Fufu means mashed or smashed. Fufu is not meant to be chewed. There are different type of soups to eat with fufu. Light soup, palm nut soup, abunabunu etc. If you are new to Ghanaian cuisine try peanut butter soup with rice balls first. Jollof actually depends on who cooks it.
