@@BlackLove-Gh I am so excited to watch this journey. I can't even imagine a ceiling being 8" low....the heat. Nine feet is ok if you are not doing P.O.P, this seems to be popular in Ghana, in the islands, we just plaster or splatter dash the concrete ceiling. Can you share the dimension of your building and the size of the plot, please. I like to get ideas of what is possible for me to do when I get there.

I'm really sorry that you're going through this. I appreciate you sharing your true feelings and experiences. What you have experienced is unfortunately a common tactic used by some contractors. They have already received a significant amount of money and are now deliberately trying to frustrate you as the owners. Their goal is to make you release them so they can move on to the next victim. The good news is, you guys are blessed. It is good to hear that Bright and Clara have taken over the project. Many contractors in Ghana refuse to step in once someone else has started the work. So this is great news. From what I've seen, Bright seems to be more involved even from (I believe) Dubai than most contractors who are based in Ghana. He appears to be very meticulous and professional, providing regular updates and cost breakdowns. You are doing a great job by staying on top of your project and asking the right questions. This will continue to help you set expectations and understand exactly what you should be getting for your money. I wish you all success and blessings. You make a beautiful couple, and your different personalities complement each other well.✌🏾💖🙏🏾✊🏾

I think that the old contractor just used cheap labour masons who were not really qualified. It's a shame you had to go through that. Please to save others name and shame them.
