thank you for the clear instructions, very helpful. However my clock does not display the time continuously. When tap the clock the time will show and then the screen will go black until some type of motion activates the screen. How can I set it to display time always

The display will only be on permanently if you have it plugged in. It times out if you use batteries

Idk if it’s too late but you have to turn night mode on by pressing mode until you see OFF then press either up or down and it should now say ON. Then you’re gonna hold mode while it says ON and 18:00 should pop up. You’re basically gonna set the time you want it to be in night mode. P.S you do need to plug in the cord in order for it to stay on

I just made a video on this! Please watch it. Just tap the mode button until you reach the temperature then press and hold the mode button until you hear a beep sound then release. It will then remain in the time only without cycling.

I want the clock to stay on and/or rotate through all the modes - time, date, temp....rotate!?

Have you had a problem with dropping it & the clock resets to 12?

Yes night mode is to dim the brightness only.

No! You use up and down to choose the numbers and others

Mine is stuck with the numbers on the left side, Am/pm and alarm light are showing but I can’t manage to restart it to put the time on again

just remove the USB cable from power source and remove the battery then wait for 2 minutes and put them back the time will go back to "0:00" then you can set it again.

whats up with the "the working day alarm setting "it's apart of the alarm mode steps and it shows 1-5,6,7???

1-5 is Mon-Fri, 1-6 I presume is Mon-Sat but i've never tested it and 1-7 is everyday

If you want to sleep. You can turn the clock face completely off. By holding down the snooze button for 3 seconds. To turn display back on. Just push any button.

How do I just keep the clock numbers light up. I am delivering this to my mother in a nursing home that just wants to see the time only!

You might need to connect it continuously with a power bank or a USB charging device plugged continuously to power.

When I go to the time and hold down for 3seconds it doesn’t change it’s stuck at 12:00

That cable is not for charging... it makes the clock to display fully. Yes you can put the battery inside as you also connect the cable.

That is the battery saving feature and only happens when it's not connected to a 5v power source using the cable provided

No it's not harmful. That is the way you should set it up. The AAA battery is to retain accurate time in case the charger is removed.

Any loud sound can activate it you might just have to choose which word to say. I tap the table to make it active.

I think I should describe that as sound activation not voice activation. If you give it a loud clap it wakes up or any loud sound. So you can choose the sound either spoken or otherwise.

When doing the settings. First set it to 12hr time format. As you are choosing the time using the UP/DOWN button be watching for the AM/PM icon at the right hand side of the clock. When you pass the 1-12 of AM, The PM appears.

The clock doesnt stay on, it goes off. Rubbish don’t like it

The batteries are not to keep it on but to keep the time up to date. The USB provided is what keeps it on when plugged to a Charger or computer or any 5v power source. Watch my latest video on that clock to get clarification.
