She died in 2006 from encephalitis after giving birth to her son with Nikolas, Spencer. Spencer is today one of the main younger characters on GH.

The writers made a huge mistake by killing Courtney and Emily

I wish they never put her with Jax. Courtney was most interesting with Jason and even with AJ. I never liked her with Jax. She had chemistry with Nikolas but I wish Courtney had lived. I would have liked to see her be a mother and they could have had her end up with someone else. I was mainly pissed that we did not get to see Courtney and Sonny to become more close as siblings or Carly and her being friends. I would have to seen her interactions with Dante, Kristina, Michael, Morgan and the new Corithros kids. If Courtney lived I doubt Carly would have gotten with Jax.

I loved Courtney, she was always up for dog-walking any and all comers.

Yeah, Anna and Courtney have some martial arts skills.Also as I said I like scene Sam vs TMK. Carly kick ass Nico once,but that was played by actress Tamara Braun,not Laura Wright although she show some moves in Guilding Light.Elizabeth was unfortunately not involved in mixed fights, but I think Rebecca Herbst had it on her, I like scene when she beat Nikolas in a game of pool.
