If I tag socials, then this should be done for ALL players (without a single exception), and not just for one person. Socials of some players can not be found (players with default nicknames, some Asian players, etc). This MU is kinda similar to pot vs chipp in a sense that both pot and slayer are on the slower side of navigating neutral while not possessing a meterless reversal

there's been some cool faust videos lately, though tbh i'd imagine that it's sorta hard to get an even spread of high level players and characters for these videos at times

Its usually not worth going for. Chipp has a perfectly good DP and with the meter you can RC it. The Other super can break the wall which makes it the preferable wall stick option. Zansei is a neat super. But chipp haa better tools to use than that.

its useful in a few matchups, like against faust and elphelt, where it can be used at full screen to punish item throw or gun shoot

Chipp lives for his RC mixups and treats positive bonus like crack... so Zansei Rouga isn't the best use of meter most of the time. I personally still think ZS is a good super for certain situations, like punishing ranged pressure and hard callouts on aggression. The higher the level of play though, the more you really need to burn meter on RCs and wallbreak HKD.
