Not a Johnny main, but I think he's more demanding in this version than in Xrd. The card mechanic requires alot of planning ahead

@@jurjani_vii he's really, really not. card doesn't necessarily require much planning unless you throw one out in neutral, which you're not meant to be doing that much in the first place. In xrd you had to manage your coins and your mf level + his really high execution requirements, on top of xrd being an inherently more demanding game.

Great adaptation from this Baiken; they were struggling to get in and the Johnny was dominating the mid-range at first.

Ok yeah I think I’ll buy Johnny once I get th e hang of the basics of guilty gear

Wtf with people? They screaming how Johnny good but he sucks ass. Dude literally can't do anything but mash 2 buttons (card and mist finer). Daisuke, please buff Johnny. Give him plus on-block after vault and combo route after mist finers how it was in GGXrd. Everyone who thinks this is good Johnny, try to watch pepperysplash games as Johnny in ggxrd. High level player is really pro cause he can play with so bad character against high tier

If he could combo off of raw MF he would be too op and cards would be useless.The reason he could do that in xrd is because he had to hit the coin first.Also he is a low tier in most tier list, no one says he is good.

@@user-sz7wv5zg1q dude, I wrote that he is in low tier. This was Johnny. Where his coins? No it's not Johnny, now it's Cardboy with hat. Card already useless against aba, sol, nago, leo. All that is higher than jack-o in tier list. If he wouldn't use cards and needs only mist finer with plus on vault, he could become a tier, if he would invincible frame he would be an s tier. Sorry about my english, this is not my native language

@@user-sz7wv5zg1q yeah, I know it but he can do mix ups with vault and rc. Other mix ups costs rc too but not so good as vault versions. Daisuke can do cards faster and it will be good too but come on, Daisuke hates Johnny and Zato-1 and their buffs is something impossible
