Let me get this straight: Infinite rebound dash Roll that *increases* your velocity And an increase to jump height when jumping out of a roll Yeah this guy's pretty good ngl

you have to time the rebound dash(let go of jump a few frames before hitting the wall) so you need some skill for it also he doesn’t have roll lock and instead drifts lmao

Its honestly kinda nice to run through levels as vector. I still dont fully understand his moveset but hes a neat character

Just noticed that the sound effects for the Beat Bounce play the first 6 notes of This Horizon.

i love this dude. having to basically tech your walljump is really fun to master ran through both vanilla and the 06 level pack last night with him and by the end i was really flying through stages, he can snowball pretty hard

I want a fangame to adapt this Vector moveset into 2D. it's just too good.

Vector can actually go into the short spin paths. You just need to start motor spinning a bit away from it (when you hold spin while in wheel form), then turn hard with the camera.

I'm disappointed of never knowing this addon's existence, the moveset is really creative!

Vector is so much fun. First time a character has fully clicked with me in SRB2

vector is literal speedrun material i cant wait to try him out with XMomentum

Those sprites look awesome! And the one controlling Vector is impressive, too.

I didn't even know Vector released, so I needed a double take when I saw this.

Makes me wish we had Vector in another classic style game. So far we've gotten Amy, Mighty, and Ray into the recent classic style games and a new character entirety, so maybe we'll get the Chaotix playable in a 2D game again?

barely 2 days past jeez lol i dont get how some parts of this could be considered sub optimal, routing seems to be pretty tight, i really like the gfz2 path you took

The Chaotix are the best playable Characters in Robo Blast 2 So Far before them & 102 Gamma the modding scene was pretty lame of characters

i feel like 2.2.9 was my favourite part of the modding scene in srb2, now it kinda just feels like every mod is a sonic character with a dashmode. it feels kinda bland for me atleast.

Not the point of this video, but it just clicked in my head Victor the Crocodile is the last Sonic character besides the recent "Trip" that rolls, and jump attacks this way.

I find it funny how so far every reptilian Sonic character had a unique rolling animation. Both Trip and Vector roll like wheels, while Espio spins like a top.
