This littlle offering from all Humanities "art" (music, cinema, literature, visual, etc) is more than worth every gay person's time to watch and to let sink in. And not just that limited audience. Everybody. Why? *This is no bullshit. Not even 1%. And no wonder. Berlin is a great city that should have been dead 5 times--and that was just in the last century. We Americans back in the day when our country really was "great" saw the good in both Germans and Berliners and without much sympathy from any other country dedicated extreme resources to keeping Berlin alive. Praise Eisenhower, JFK, our military, some of our churches, individuals, and a few mega-rich ppl. That level of commitment makes me stand at attention when any "cultural product" comes out of Berlin--to take joy in the cutting edge originality and to see what I stand to learn from it. Trust me! *You think Millennials are lazy and dumb? Hell no. They just keep their big fat mouth shut. And refuse to cast their hard-won truth "before swine/pigs." Bc they haven't needed Jesus to tell them that "talkin big" with the truth to ppl who tell mostly lies is gonna get them "bitten in the ass." Btw; also Jesus's hella straightup brutal words. U R surprised. When I clicked on this, I didn't realize that it was a movie I had watched years ago. The "cute gay stalker" should've given it away 🤣 Tbh, this movie was weird. At times I'd worry that Kiril was gonna turn psycho cuz it was hard to tell exactly where the movie was going, especially given the popular tropes back then. and he was extremely unstable. Thankfully, it was weird but *cute* and they survived the end *together*
