This feature is currently in Public Preview. Usage of the feature during the preview is free. Final pricing will be established and communicated prior to general availability (GA).

I’ve checked several account I have and no feature appears yet to activate.

It's coming to your account in one to two weeks because every release is done by phases.

Wheneven I tried to login account console , it shows the workspace again. I can't access account console.

I believe now you can. It just needs to be activated by the admin
