I was following everything step by step but in Serial Monitor i'm receiving this error: E (468) camera: Camera probe failed with error 0x105(ESP_ERR_NOT_FOUND) Camera init failed with error 0x105

First install DRIVER for CH340 chip to communicate with board

I'm amazed, it actually worked. Thanks man 🐱 I did have one issue with using a charge only cable at first, but switching to a data version allowed the upload 👍

Thanks for the quick start walkthrough! Question - once the ESP32-CAM is programmed, do you still need the ESP32-CAM-MB attached, or can you just provide a power source to the Camera module?

I have the same issue

great totorial, i ran across a small problem though, mine never provides an ip address to view the camera, it just says "Serial.print("Camera Ready! Use '"); Serial.print(WiFi.localIP()); Serial.println("' to connect");" But shows WiFi connected. Scanned my network for the camera, think i found it, but no camera picture. any suggestions?

If you are using ESP32-CAM-MB, do you not need to short the gnd

I tried this video and it worked. If I unplug my esp and then reconnect it,does my IP Address change?

My device manager is not changing when I am connecting the device. After following all the procedures I am getting error messages Status 1 or 2 that either the esptool is not connected or hardware or driver issue Pls help

Problem with this particular USB programmer module is that it uses up all the available pins from the ESP32 cam, so you cannot use them for other projects that could use the GPIO. Do you have any solutions/suggestions for that?

still learning not a pro, but you could use a breadboard or connect some of the pins with wires to a arduino

I haven't tried by myself, but I have seen that once you have programmed the module you can disconnect the usb shield and just give power supply to the pins of module. You are ready to use other pins....

all has same but i not understand were i found my raspberry pi 4 SSID and password. i not understand ,i not can add wifi printer to raspberry and win19 computer were have wifi usb dongle, and android phone, i not know how connected, router have usb and wifi bridge sim card can go to internet, raspi go internet ok and whit wifi win10 go internet. but what have SSID and password. were, second problem if selecter ai thinker boar load has all error lot, but if select board esp32 no errors. totally same boars wifi box have write esp-32S. and serial monitor NOT come ip addres only lot text but no ip.

thanks, working well now, i need only follow this manual and make all many time new and one time go working good. lag lot whit raspberry pi4 computer but working. next need test how working whit win10 base too.
