I was wondering about the checkered wall! Also, please do more house hunting videos. I seriously enjoyed the video of you just looking at different prospective houses in the area. Its what i like to do personally in my own spare time, so i love seeing your unique preferences for a house 🥰🥰

Just a tip cut your dry wall 2-3 “ too big for your patch score it on one side the size of the hole and peal off the middle and back of the drywall leaving only the paper on the front of the part that is too big mud around the edge of your hole pop it in use the paper to blend the edges and mud over the edges of the paper. Your hole will be easier to hide :) someone is going to love that house! It’s beautiful!

It’s amazing how some slight changes make such a difference. That stairwell to the garage looks so good. I love the black stairs and door!
