This was some real candid shit, when the one dude mentions he has friends who just cant stop no matter how many times they get busted, I kn ow what hes talking about- it starts as messing around, grows to an addiction, and then becomes an insane obsession and the only thing that matters in life. Ask them to show financial proof of damage cost. 99.9% of the cities in the U.S. use fake exaggerated amounts to claim what the clean up costed just to make the city money. I'd hit them hard with that and a counter law suit for falsifying information.
