The transition to the slower part of the music at 9:24 while preparing for a shower just was so pleasing and perfect timing

I’m also working on fighting the urge to pull my eyelashes and eyebrows out of stress too!it’s been a couple years now for me and it does get hard, but having support from family, knowing when to take a break and seeing people online experience as well makes me feel less alone (ofc I would never want anyone else to go through this, but having that “sense of community” is really empowering). Thank you for sharing something so personal, Meg 💌💌💌 we can do this!!✨

love love love your videos meg! i also pulled the skin around my nails and my nails themselves for years and years. for the last couple of years i have been investing in getting my nails done, in particular the brand gel bottle 'builder in a bottle'. it has done wonders to my nails and honestly would go as far as changed my life. have a beaut week gal x
