This reeally helped me because I based so much of my happiness on accomplishing unreachable things or people and didn't take time for myself to heal from burn outs or take time to make myself feel happy. Other people's happiness was such a driving force for me that if they were happy I felt like I was too. This video was so fulfilling to watch because happiness is glowing all around you and it's so visible ☁💙💙💙
☁️ for reset days I love doing a deep cleaning of my room and study area, do laundry and my everything shower and skincare routine 🧼✨ as well as paint my nails 💅🩷
