I'm a Practice Nurse who takes smear tests and am always looking to encourage people to attend. Love the Aldi talk! I’m also an Aldi person, but I’ve noticed that the fruit and veg goes off really quickly too. I’ve also noticed that a lot of the food is ultra-processed, like even the frozen chips have a load of additives - compared to Lidl frozen chips, which are literally just potato and oil…

I am same thinking about fresh stuff doesn't last long from aldi. Never knew about the additives aswell. Never been lidl, but think I'm gonna give it a go. Hope u don't mind me jumping in. But like u was in my head thinking same.

I had some grapes from Aldi and just had to throw them out, they taste awful and a lot have gone off.

Wow you did so great with your colposcopy appointment! I filmed mine too but was very anxious and had to have a lletz under general anaesthetic aswell so a bit more to it but I wish I could have been as calm as you. It’s great that you’re talking so openly about this and I’m glad you had a good result in the end 💖

thanks for being so open about your colposcopy experience! sounds like you didn’t need a sample of your cervix taken though and many of us who’ve had one/will have one might need to and this does hurt. while i don’t wanna perpetuate anyone’s fears i think telling people “they have nothing to worry about” just because your experience was 5mins may paint a false idea for some. i mean this in the nicest way possible as someone who’s been through it and my appointment took at least 30 mins and was pretty horrid. again don’t want anyone being scared but it’s important to be prepared for these things ❤

I always pick from any baskets beneath the top ones for fruit/veg, the newer stuff gets hidden underneath the old on the shelves. 👍🏻

Our weekly shops are asda and aldi! Asda rewards makes it so worth it and Aldi is good but I do miss a Lidl shop! Love the video 😊

I also looooove salmon and eat it a few times a week but recently saw some studies that farmed salmon can have a lot of chemicals in it from what they're fed and it's not good to eat so often. I've switched up to wild salmon which is obviously a fair bit more expensive but quality is crazyyy

Glad everything went ok with the colposcopy feel like no one has mention d it and it’s very important I’ve had 2 and in just wondering I said you have had 3 smears your still so young sorry to be nosey how comes though?have you had abnormal cells before ..( sorry to ask)

Don’t you just love they fill the whole room when you have such a personal test 😂…I had a cystoscopy a few weeks ago I do need surgery for polps but getting you’re bits out can be abit much and then the whole troop come even know you want everyone to learn it’s kinda embarrassing and I’m even worse because I was abused when I was younger so I do over think it way to much … I hope you feel better now after getting that test done again and they told you everything looks well ❤

I’ve also gone off aldi! We now go to tesco and it really isn’t that much more expensive and there are better options/fruit & veg is nicer etc 😂
