You just don't get it brother , for all the things you are trying to get done what is the common thing that is stopping or slowing you down? The answer is a truck you need one for all the stuff you are trying to do , get a small one to start and go bigger as you need it , stop spending money on renting or paying the friend with one ,YOUR SPENDING MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE TO!

Renting per use is usually always cheaper vs buying, maintenance, insurance, etc. He new to the business so good not to buy right away...he should find a reliable truck guy he can call as required...until business is more steady.

I just got a truck 2 months ago. I worked that same weekend with the person who sold it to me doing side work. I pick up weird jobs mainly removing trash n running errands. Great side money from the start and the truck already paid itself in the first month in side jobs alone. I originally bought it to use it around the pot farm I work at.

@@ultimaetsolder If this was his only side hustle, than yea, renting a uhual for a day when he needs to deliver would still net him some profit at the end of the day. But he has a vending machine business, and does a million side hustles for yt. So buying and replacing his current daily driver would do best. A company renting out the vehicle is doing so to make a profit. So they would calculate maintenance, and insurance, and the purchase price and depreciation of the vehicle, but also the risk of renting the truck out and possibly never seeing it again, and than charge based on that, PLUS profit. it was $25/day for the cheapest uhual options, and around $100/day for ryder. Even at $25/day, you would be spending around $760/month on a truck. A lease is anywhere from $200-$500/month. Either way he wont keep the truck, so after dumping cash into it for a year he doesnt even have a beater left.

Reyes, Thank you for renewing this hustle for me. I thought of doing this a few years ago, after seeing a large bounce house at a nother birthday party. And thought I could see myself doing that. But never looked into it, or gave it another thought. But now I have looked into it with a renewed interest and commitment. And by this time next year I will be through my first season as a bounce house business owner. Thank you for the spark to this fire brother. Keep on keeping on man.

That's a three fold bounce house. Fold one side twice, then fold the other one over. You don't have to get it all the way, that will make it shorter and smaller. Also try to get it as flat as possible and big tip is to fold in the end when you roll it, just before doing the Slipknot tie

I started back in 2019 2nd quarter i bought 2 jumpers for $600 in total. $300 each, used of course. I made some money. And later bought tables and chairs. A couple of months have passed. By the end of 2019 I owned 4 jumpers all used jumpers. And about 20 tables with their chairs. Little by little I've been investing back. I don't regret nothing up to date. Now In 2020 I own 6 new jumpers 34 tables with chairs a couple of canopies I also have a couple of patio heaters. My weekly salary varies. And average $1100 - $1500 because sometimes not everything gets rented. It's a physically demanding job but honestly I just work 3-4 days a week. I'm planning to expand my jumper inventory because, I always have all of them booked most weekend and have to turn down so many clients. I have a friend in the jumper business who only rents Combo jumpers and makes 3k per week. (Keep in mind he owns about 20 combo jumpers) I admire his hard work and dedication.

In 2018, i worked for this guy in San Diego who had this kind of business and lasted with him for a year. Not only he had bouncers but he also rented canopies ,'toritos' ,chairs and tables. Years ago he started off with one used bouncer, 2 tables and a couple chairs. But the last time I worked for him he had 20 bouncers (some had slides) couple hundreds of chairs and tables. There's money to be made in this business but during the spring/summer season. Seasonal businesses like this is not my type but hey its you guys who make the decision

I had a choice between bouncy houses and photo booths. I went Photo booth; it's much easier on your body; you may carry more stuff but it is all light stuff. Plus you work mid afternoon to 11pm, and you get to be a the party watching your booth. I usually charge from $350 to $500 per event; the most I lose is around $50 per party. I invested about 8k in my photo booth, but you can build a photo booth for less than 1k; you just need a camera, computer, tripod, and a photo printer.

I appreciate the hustle .I believe when it comes to running your own business its about growth and doing things the right way .Getting a business license and insurance for any business .There are lawyers out there ready to come after you if anything goes wrong and you will lose your ass off if your not protected. These bouncy castles look innocent but if your just winging it and say a child gets hurt your liable for medical expenses or worse you could end up in jail for negligence.Any body watching these videos need to know the financial risk and liablities for any business first hand .

Nice video Reyes . You can invest some money in some chairs and tables and rent those out too , get yourself a small trailer even , my dad does those party rentals as a side hustle and it’s always on the weekend that he gets requests . He makes a decent amount and pretty easy . So good luck Reyes hope you can get a truck soon it’s gonna be so worth it
