yes, it’s a recent bug in the portal. A lot of people are experiencing this issue. Just wait a while, hopefully they deploy a fix soon.

Hi suyash, first of all.. I would like to say thank you.. coz both my TRV and Spousal Application are approved already, and that's because I was watching your videos to get ideas. I have a question, though. I got first approved in Visit visa, and we booked a flight this July 13,2023. And then yesterday, i received a msg regarding the passport request for my spousal application while I'm currently in Philippines. The visa stamping will take 1 week and I don't have enough time to wait for it,. So, in this situation, am I still able to do virtual landing after I arrive in Canada using the TRV?

Yes you can. Just make sure you inform them of your situation so they can switch your process to virtual landing

@aishakhalid5025 hi, since I'm fully sponsored by my husband and I'm currently unemployed.. ✨️the docs we submitted was my passport biopage, ✨️proof of funds (my husband's NoA and CoE only).. put it in 1pdf file. ✨️Then additional docs in 1pdf file again.. include, invitation letter, cover letter, marriage contract, receipt of spousal application, SA or AOR screenshot if you have that already, sponsor's Passport and stamp when he visits me in the Philippines, pictures together with family, wedding and reception to show the officer that our relationship was genuine. That was all the docs that I submitted for visit visa in the new portal.

Hi rona, I applied with co-sponsorship. My fingerprints arrived 2 months after the application, and my health report arrived 3.5 months later. How was your process? Can you give information?

My visa was approved for spousal sponsorship on 28 june and yesterday I submitted my passport for stamping and before PPR I applied for visitor visa today it’s approved too so am worried k vo visitor stamping toh nai kr dege PR vale pe i know silly question but still and is it necessary to stamp for visitor too after PR stamping?

they’ll know what the ppr was for, so i don’t think they’ll swap the stamping. If they requested ppr for PR application, you’ll get stamping for the PR application. Once that happens, your TRV wont matter since you’ll be able to come to Canada on your single entry stamp and copr.

to apply for spousal sponsorship, you will need a valid marriage certificate. you can't submit without it. So, wait to get that first, then once you have it, submit the application
