There’s a brand of oat milk called “Oatly” that actually tastes like milk but it doesn’t get as cold, I’m not allergic to milk but I use Oatly a lot of the time, it’s DeLiCiOuS

I'm lactose intolerant and I really like Silk almond milk, especially the vanilla flavored one. It also works really well in coffee. The vanilla one in coffee tastes just like creamer

I’m also allergic to dairy, I’ve been allergic to it almost all of my life sadly, but my favorite alternatives for dairy are coconut milk and soy milk. You’ll get through this😂

I recently have discovered (on my own, I haven't gone to the doctor for confirmation) that I am, with my beliefs, lactose intolerant. I feel your pain, for I am a huge cheese fan, and so is my family. What I found helps, is that I take a pill, like Lactaids, which can be found in a supermarket. I don't know if they have any in the UK, because I am from America, but if you do have some, then try it out. It is just a suggestion, but I advise it.

The alpro product specifically made for tea is probably the best thing I’ve found for hot drinks. Oat milk is good when it’s foamed in coffee, but I’m not as much of a fan when it’s not.

I have lactose sensitivities. I hate a lot of dairy alternatives but I really like Silk Vanilla Almond Milk. The vanilla really helps the flavor and Silk is my favorite compared to other brands bc the vanilla almond milk from Silk doesn't taste like I've just had a handful of nuts.

I went to Ecuador for ten days seven years ago and got parasites. I used to drink milk every single day and all of a sudden was having horrible stomach aches. Found out I was suddenly lactose intolerant! Try Macadamia Nut milk or Cashew milk! But make sure to try different kinds of almond or oat milks because it took me a long time to find some that I actually like.

There is lactose intolerant milk that tastes like the green milk or red milk but not so much blue milk because blue milk has more fat than green and red, but there’s semi skimmed lactose milk and skimmed milk so there’s a option! I hope that helps I love u guys so much! 💕

Coconut milk is sooo good! I always put it in my coffee. I don’t like to drink it by itself but it’s really good in coffee!
