Binging some SCSS this week after taking some time away from the hobby after the intense selling season that was the NBA playoffs. In my experience so far, PSA has very lenient centering rules on the back of the card (65/35 is still well within a PSA 10 grade). They also have pretty lenient rules with print lines on the back. Corners need to be sharp and edges need to be clean on the back though...that's where they get you.
