Tbf that is an actual thing. The difference between a savage or actual hard content and not is that A. You can trust your team to use their own defensives and healing options B. You can trust your healer to do their portion of the job Within more organized content you have a very specific role, not just "heal" "damage" "tank"

Not sure if I should be scared or concerned about that.

As A BLM main, that B.U. BLM should be fired (pun-intended). Once you reach level 60, you should only ever cast Fire about once every 3 GCDs to refresh your Astral Fire. And when you do cast Fire, you pair it with Firestarter so you can insta-cast Fire III 3 GCDs later to refresh your Astral Fire again and keep the MP for more Fire IV. Fire IV is your highest damaging spell (aside from cooldowns or Flare/Despair), and you should cast it as often as possible when facing a single target.

Hey there Cider Spider. I was pleasantly surprised to find out you play on the same server as I do. I am currently in the top 100 on Diabolos. My rank gets thrown around a lot by all of the other achievement hunters going nuts. You never can settle with your rank since most people in the top 100 are hard grinders. You could get to rank 99 on the charts, but wake up being rank 103 the next day. Right now I am currently working on Anima relics, and it makes me wish I started on them a lot sooner since I didn't know what to do with my poetics for a long while. Now I am in Eureka ironically working on 1 relic to get poetics for 13 Anima relics. I recently finished up all of Immortal Flames grand company achievements. I only have Gridania left for turn ins and GC levequests, but I had to take a break from the grand company stuff. But back to you; I hope you enjoy the achievement journey. The nice thing about this game is that you can choose whatever you want to work on at your own pace. I would love to see more content about your journey, and I agree with you that levequests sucks. Can't wait to see you on the top 100 chart!

Also remember that those obnoxious Heavensward leves have variations that require TEN allowances per leve. Meaning to complete every levequest you have to do all those leves too. And there's 15 normal levequests per crafting job, gathering job, and 15 battle leves. So there's a total of 180 normal Heavensward leves....and 180 Large-Scale ones that will cost 1,800 total allowances. Also Fire 1 is necessary for Black mage to get Firestarter which they keep in their back pocket to swap from ice back to fire instantly. Fire 4 is the bread-and-butter damage but it doesn't keep up the Astral Fire timer, so they occcasionally need to Fire 1 to keep it going. Plus, you can't get to Astral Fire 3 without casting Fire 1 three times or casting Fire 2 once, which takes a use of Firestarter to avoid the massive casting time.

I've been playing Final Fantasy 14 for two years now. I can honestly say there isn't a single content creator for this game that I enjoy watching except you. 99% of all the content I consume for this game are just tutorials on how to do dungeons and stuff. However, your content is thoroughly enjoyable. I think you're somewhat crazy for doing something like this, but that's also one of the charms to it. I love your videos and can't wait to see more.

I love this series. Definitely the kind of "background noise I can laugh at if I pay attention but don't need to keep my eyes glued kind of thing" that I need.

It was actually this channel that got me into grinding some achievements that I didn't even know existed. I raided the deepest room in the aquapolis 20 times™ last year and now I'm facing the agony that is raiding the deepest sluce of the hidden canals of uznair 20 times™. I've been at it for about 5 months now and I still only have 62 out of the estimated 250 thief maps I'll need. If progress were any slower it would be almost as slow as the average pf player.

You probably don't need to hear this, but don't forget Jumbo Cactpot every Saturday evening; it's *another* 2-3 year timegate and getting the 7% bonus for collecting the rewards within an hour of the drawing can make a significant difference in how long it takes to finish.

Always activate a 15% MGP boost before collecting it as well. Both boosts stack. I'm 5 weeks away from getting this one, and then I'll have to farm chocobo racing for the master gold saucer title.
