WE ARE FR TWINS. I got my herbst on September 2022 along with my top braces. Then this month I’m getting herbst off and bottom braces put on. Also my app. Is at 1:30 . THIS IS CRAZY!

I also had the herbst appliance on for a year as well as the top braces and about 2 months ago I got the appliances off and tomorrow I get my bottom row braces so now I will have top and bottom and I have 1 year left for the process to be over

it probably depends, but it did kinda hurt when they were taking the top part off. when it is fully off though, there is no lasting pain. the pain is only there while the take it out :)

Wow that's really nice I kind of miss the other one because you're more free in them. But now I can hear that sharp sound at the end of every word you say,i noticed it due to someone who I know that is a boy who has braces up and down the teeth's. @nguyenrtv yes it definitely was! I feel it would have worked even better if I'd gotten it in my earlier teen years, but it still worked well. Are you also doing it to fix an overbite/overjet?

@@MayaVenice yes! it is to fix an overbit so i dont have to do jaw surgery! Im nervous about it though.. does it hurt a lot? but im hoping it is really effective and i see a difference!
